So grateful Jordan responded quickly. We had a roof leak and with more rain in the forecast. He also found a broken tile and some other maintenance things we needed done on our roof. He was very good at communicating. He was easy to work with and clearly explained everything.

Unfortunately, this company can't keep an appointment. I attempted to schedule with them 3 times. The first time they apologized for some internal confusion and asked to reschedule. We set an appointment for the next day, when they didn't show I messaged and they said they hadn't confirmed the appointment for that day. So, we rescheduled and confirmed for the next day. Not to my surprise, they didn't show up again. I messaged and haven't heard from them since.
