Highly Recommended! Juan provided a reasonable quote for an entire roof replacement. Prior to starting the work Juan realized he did not include our 1000 SQ FT garage into the quote. Due to his oversight, Juan deducted half the cost of additional materials from the overall project cost. His crew did an amazing job during tear off, they blew, and washed down all walkways and driveway to ensure no nails ended up on the ground. The new roof installation was detailed, clean and the crew worked efficiently. They used metal in all the transitions, fixed an unusual transition that had previously leaked due to a previous solar contractor stepping on it, they added new plywood to a few sections, added metal flashing between two plywood seams, all for no extra cost. Juan also provided a recommendation for a solar installer to remove and replace my solar panels. Job well done! (Steve C - Scotts Valley, CA)

I have my old mobile home flat metal roof done by JFal. Metacritic white waterproof roofing. Everything when great. Look good. Reasonable price and 10 years warranty. Let's see after raining season. I will update any issues came up.

Horrible experience with this company! At first when I called the company, Juan seemed helpful and attentive to my concerns. Juan scheduled the following day to come out to my property & inspect the problem. Day of the appointment, NEVER received a phone call from Juan or team about being late or rescheduling to any unforeseen issues. Called multiple times, Juan kept saying he'll call his son to see where he is but never got back to us. After a few hours I tried calling again, no answer! Overall not reliable from my experience.

Juan's team installed a beautiful asphalt-shingle roof on our house, and new gutters on a smaller structure. They worked quickly and Juan is super nice. The price was reasonable for high-quality products. Other contractors have commented how nice the roof looks.

My only complaint is that they left debris around the house and in the attic. I get that roofing is messy work, but roofers need scour the yard and street (perhaps with a strong magnet to retrieve nails) before they call it done. And make sure the attic has been cleared. Had they done that, the job would have been perfect!
