We had Jerome's SoCal complete 4 jobs for us:

Plaster to drywall ceiling replacement.
Roof replacement
30+ window replacement
Full house exterior ""cool"" coating

Great inspection process never felt pressed. Keisha held our hands through out the process.

During the service the team went above and beyond. Talk about a tape job... The little extras they fixed keep popping up. They transferd my old worn 100yr old home, into something that we can be proud of when we drive up. (once I do my yard)

The price was in line with other offers but having permitted work and all the extras they did with out asking for more money makes me feel more than happy to pay.

I would highly recommend using this Contractor and his company for any home improvment. Jeromes Home Improvemen Company successfully completed (4) projects For me. First they renovated a rental unit that has been vacant for 8 years, this entailed new kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, install new heating system, 8 new windows, flooring, and install new water heater. Second, renovate bathroom w/add spa in condo. Third, remove mold and upgrade bathroom in another craftmans house. Final, exterior paint and preparation for a forth property, 1,700sf craftsman's house. Each project was completed in a timely manner. The workers were polite and diligent throughout the projects. I am a thousand percent satisfied with the work and the management.

I use Jerome Socal Home Improvement for a new roof repacement and it was a complete disaster, what was suppose to take 7 Days took two months and they left my enclose Patio uncover for 3 days expose to the elments every time i could call they would tell me that they were coming and they didn't . i would not refer anyone to this company.

Snooze you lose

Well if you're booked up you could at least email me or call me. I have not had a problem with any other contractors so you don't get to slip that in just in the future keep your future clients updated on your availability don't just not say anything.

That's your opinion, my warranty was for 15 years and just because I sent the yelp out he sends me a rushed typed warranty for 5 years. The story don't fit the lifestyle.
