JenPro installed new siding on our garage and failed to line the seams of the siding up with the 2x4 studs. Not once..... but on all of them. Unbelievable incompetence! Roland admitted it was done incorrectly but refused to fix it. He'll fix it but only if I pay them again! I have more work to be done but won't hire them again.
Don't do business with Jennifer or Roland. They aren't in the business of roofing and general contracting. They are in the business of ripping you off. Both are very dishonest and can not be trusted. Don't believe anything the say. They are crooks!
P.S. I gave them one star only because I couldn't give them no stars.

I hired JenPro Roofing to get my roof done. They came and got my roof completely done in two days. They cleaned up after themselves and the roof seem impeccable. Workmanship seems to be top notch. I took one star (I could do one-half star) because of their harassment when it comes to reviewing their business. I have hired a lot of people to do work for me and I never had a contractor harass me to the extent JenPro did. They would text me several times asking me when I was going to post my reviews. Furthermore, they implied they lost money on my project. Again, I did not ask for charity. I asked for a quote, I got that quote and I paid for the agreed amount + some for the extra OSB they had to install. I never asked for a discount of any kind. After this, I started wondering if their positive reviews are legit or if they are just customers tired of getting their texts and they came and left a review.

I had an older roof, I thought we would have to replace all decking along with the shingle. Roland figured out a way to save some money (always good) on the decking and go with lifetime shingle. I loved the shingle and the new look of the house and I especially loved the the money I saved going with Jen Pro Roofing! Thank you so much! You did an excellent job! Jen Pro Roofing is where I'm going when I decide to do my new addition.

Noticed a large leak around our chimney stack during last rain storm. I had JENPRO replace the roof a couple of years ago. Called Roland and within two days he and his leak service man came out to inspect and repair the issue. Seems the stack surround itself was leaking and they calked and made the needed repairs. We appreciate the company standing by their work and coming out to address my needs timely.

My roof was damaged in a hail storm. I live in a small community and most roofing companies wouldn't even come out to give me an estimate. Roland came out immediately and gave me a very fair estimate. His team used top quality materials and did an excellent job. We have a rotunda in our office with a copper roof and it had been leaking every time it rained. We had several companies try to fix it but none of them could until JenPro came and fixed the leak! It has rained multiple times since the repair and NO LEAK!!!! Great service on the first time!!! I would highly recommend.
