I was really pleased with Roof Crafters. Jeanie, while watching for breaks in the weather, was able to squeeze us in for a repair during a rainy period here in Lincoln, CA. This was a good thing as we have had several downpours after their repair that would have caused lots of interior damage.

The work crew was was able to fix a difficult to find leak under our tile roof and replace some dry rotted sheathing. The estimator, Rod and foreman Al (?not sure of name) was able to explain what was needed to fix the leak. Very good cleanup after the job as well.

I have a tile roof built in 1991 and a few were slipping. The estimator said I have ""lightweight tiles"" and they can't be walked on. I mentioned that I have solar panels, surely my tiles can be walked on because they had to be walked on to install the panels. He then went into another excuse then told me he didn't want to do the job, to call someone else. Waste of my time. I would never call them again.

Not sure what is going on with this company. Called and left detailed messages on two different occasions, waited more then a week after each call and never heard anything back?.?.? I see multiple 5 star ratings, guess those folks got lucky. Will take my money and business elsewhere.

JD Jones Roof Crafters was timely and professional. I would recommend them. I could not get anyone to submit a bid to roof a flat roof. The roof was leaking right after them installed it. They responded immediately and fixed the issue. There have been no other problems. The roof material used was TPO.

and take pride in their work. It is a family run business that was extremely diligent finishing our roof just in time before the rain preventing more damage in our home. Jean, the mom runs company bringing out numerous samples for us to make our decision. She answered our many questions always very pleasant and knowledgable. Since we've had several bad experiences with various contractors, it was so refreshing to find a company like theirs. The
guys working on the roof ate a quick lunch and then promptly went back to work. Each day they thoroughly cleaned up and returned promptly in the morning. My husband and I were extremely happy with the workers,Jean and everyone involved in the project. We have recommended them highly to neighbors or anyone in need of an excellent roofing company.

Very pleased with the customer service and repair. Quick response and ensured that my roof was repaired quickly as rain was on its way. I have had great luck with trusting reviews and not shopping ""by price"" - this is what I did here; the initial ""very rough"" estimate was a bit lower than the overall end price, but I felt it was fair. And they fixed two problems I had (main house and patio). I would recommend using them. They actually answer the phone too!
