I've had a nagging leak in my entryway and had a couple of people come out who were of little help. They inspected the roof which was fine and one wanted to open up the drywall to find out where leak was coming from. I suspected the window frames or siding were the culprit because the leaking would only happen when it was very windy.

I reached out to JCT Roofing and Juan was very prompt and courteous in coming out to give me a quote. He showed me all the areas around the window and siding where the water was likely coming through and recommended options for how to fix it. He was very straightforward with his recommendations and was able to start the project the same week, which was awesome. His quote was very reasonable in terms of price and he and his crew were very professional and able to get everything done very quickly. I'd highly recommend these guys for any exterior work and will definitely hire them again.

Juan and his crew were fantastic. Our roof needed two repairs and they fixed both at a great price. Since new roofs cost a fortune we were super lucky to get them repaired. Juan and his crew came on time and cleaned everything up after they were finished. We had 2-3 heavy rains since and the roof has held up very well. Bravo!!

I was waiting to write a review until the next rain.

I still remember we had a terrible storm in November and I called several roofing places on a Sunday afternoon when our ceiling started leaking water. It was the first rain we've experienced in our home since we moved in. It was so stressful and I remember that Juan was the only roofer that called me back that day. Not only that, but he offered to come to our house within 30 minutes. It was a miracle considering it was Sunday and not many companies were open. And btw, only one called me back the next day which was already ""too late"" considering the crazy leak that happened on Sunday.
He and his crew were able to patch up some spots in the pouring rain. They were able to come back a couple days later after the storm to do the real work and fix many of the broken shingles in other spots in the roof and recommend some other fixes that were possibly causing the leaks.
They were also able to help my family's roof nearby, and get the work done well and throughly.

1 month later: I am happy to hear report that after a month of several other heavy rains, our ceiling is no longer leaking. We are very pleased with him and his team. I was also very impressed that they took so many pictures before and after, to show the work that was done. I would highly recommend him and his crew. Very reasonable timely and responsive. The best!

Our roof was in dire need of repair. Talk about buckets in our home. So Yelp has this user friendly function to contact roofers.
I contacted about 6 roofers. They all came and I scheduled them different dates / times. I got responses back from 4 of them, the other 2 probably said FORGET IT!
One price quote made my jaw drop to the floor. Then that's when Juan from JCT roofing told me a much more reasonable price quote.
He carefully explained what needed to be done, what supplies are needed, not to mention the labor and he's so friendly.
So I went for it and I'm soo happy with the results. I admire all the hard work & effort that Juan and crew did to repair the roof / home. They replaced some water damaged area by replacing new material and painted it back. Not to mention the Shingles were also replaced, it looks soo updated. The Sun roof was replaced w/a mesh vented adjustable window, really cool! My family agrees we love the new roof and we HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for being so diligent & skilled in what they do, it shows in their work. They really care!!

Had a crazy rain storm this weekend and my roof started leaking by a skylight. Juan was able to make it out the next day after it stopped raining and went up and took some pictures. He said all the skylights needed to be resealed because it was all cracked and backed up what he was was telling me with the photos. He gave a very reasonable quote to reseal all the skylights and completed the job in less than 2 hours. Really impressed with the service and how fast they made it out here. He even sent me photos of the repairs he made.

Juan and his team were extremely professional, reasonable, and effective. With the heavy rain, we realized that our roof had a leak on a Friday morning. Juan came over same day to inspect and sent a free quote with photos and details of repairs needed. He and his team were able to come over the next day (Saturday) to do the work.

Additionally, what I liked about this experience was that Juan was proactive in identifying future leakage spots during the inspection, and did a great job of patching up everything and cleaning up the drain gutters. Their quote was extremely reasonable and they also made sure to clean up all the trash after the job was done. Highly recommend them!

Juan and his team worked extremely quickly and had innovative ideas that were cost effective yet maintained the integrity of our home's appearance. We are very thankful and appreciate his efforts with protecting and water-proofing our home. He was also kind enough to fix other minor areas that he noticed without making a big deal out of it.
