The owner Juan is a real piece of work I'm a general contractor that hired him to give me a quote for a client that I've dealt with for years I called him asking him for quote and his response was I already jumped you he said he had gave MY CLIENT the quote direct to bad he doesn't know that my childhood friend is the Vp of the building so his quote won't go nowhere but he did waste a lot of my time and his own totally don't recommend this double crossing idiot.

First impression:
I knew that we needed a new roof, so I began looking for a company to help me out. I sent out a few requests they setup an appointment with me for an estimate within 24 hours. The day of they estimate, they showed up 10 minutes early and were never late on any of their commitments to provide me paperwork and feedback.

Appraisal process:
They took their time to hear my concerns and see what I needed to have repaired. They provided me a thorough explanation and reasons for their cost and did not push me into extra work without providing clear reasoning. Afterwards, I received their estimate within a week for my approval.

Contact process:
They again showed up on time with a contract and went through each line to make sure we were in agreement. This was simple, easy to understand, and I appreciated the transparency.

My experience as they worked:
There is no way to have a roof repaired without a lot of noise. They arrived each day on time, took their breaks on a set schedule, and made sure to leave the work site clean and clear of any debris. They checked in with any issues and we worked together to assess what was a must have vs. a nice to have. Extra work to repair any underlying issues were confirmed with me personally first and kept to a concise amount of extra labor. They also made sure that we were up to code and worked with me to agree on how we wanted the roof to look at the end.

Finished product:
Before their last day on the job (which was very fast), they performed a walk around with myself to confirm that I didn't have any problems with the completed work. Before they left, the surrounding area was cleared of any trash/debris and ended up leaving it cleaner than when they even started.

Final impression:
I will definitely recommend their work to anyone looking for an experience that is low stress, reasonable priced, and with a group of skilled people that will show up on time, every time.
