They were very prompt in coming out to give me a free estimate. I felt like they were meticulous about spotting any other spots that needed repair (with pictures, and explanations about if it was just cosmetic or would cause future problems), as well as courteous. My main contact was George Spires (I may be misspelling his name, sorry), and he was very good to work with. I felt like he was honest about what needed to be done, and he described exactly what they would do, and with what materials they would use. They were also very quick to come out and get the work done. I highly recommend working with them.

We've tried 3 roofers to help us with a persistent leak near our fireplace and all of them failed and were very costly. JCI Roofing took the time to understand the situation, assess the damage and repaired it accordingly. We have yet to test the result (no rain in the forecast yet) but the fact that their work is thorough, clean and professional...what I paid them is already worth the money compared to those previous roofers. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

I cannot speak for their quality of work, because when I called and explained my situation (purchasing a house, option period, inspector found roof damage, and I wanted an estimate) the man I spoke with said he really did not want to get involved with this. He said he would email me a rough estimate by looking at an arial view of the house and he never did. So not sure what all that was about, but hopefully someone else will have better luck with their service.
