Christian and staff did a great job with our roof. From the the first call to the completion of the job their service has been phenomenal. The staff assisted with the insurance claim paperwork. Which was great. Christian came to my home and gave a spectacular presentation. It was very thorough. I had a clear understanding of what needed to be done. He did not try to upsale us he was very honest and provided sound advice. The roofing crew was prompt. The roof was done in 1 day the yard and surrounding areas were left clean and swept. The contractor that did the gutters was friendly, prompt and efficient. Also after the work was done JCC sent back a crew to inspect the work and inside our attic. We love our new roof. This company is great. I highly recommend. I'm looking forward to referring plenty of family and friends.

I was trying to schedule an appointment. I received an email stating the appointment was confirmed. The evening of the appointment, I received a call to schedule an appointment. Oops! No appointment was scheduled. I realize everyone is busy right now, but I think I've dodged a bullet if this is indicative of their process.

What a joke! They wanted to charge me $175 to give me a quote because it was for a house that I was interested in buying. They didn't say anything about a fee to quote until I told them that I had other contractors quoting as well. Not a big incentive for them to be competitive if they are getting paid $175 for 30 minutes of work. No issues getting quotes from their competitors though.

Recently used JCC Roofing on my mother roof ,was pleased and extremely surprised how professional they were,Cesar with JCC came by and met with adjuster ,process was started and work was done on schedule ,roof work and clean up made simple,I highly recommend them to any one ,ask for Cesar,great guy and always answer his calls, that says a lot now of days, thanks JC&C Roofing

JC & C Roofing did an amazing job on our home! Interviewed three different companies before starting the project and they were by far the most professional, answering any questions that I had even offering to meet with the insurance adjuster when he came to the house. They went above and beyond when it came to additional details that needed to be fixed and kept everything in budget. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family they did an absolutely amazing job were very professional and left things beautifully clean.

We very recently used JC&C Roofing to re-roof our home and I have to say that I couldn't have been more pleased. They were on time, they went above and beyond on the work they promised and even added minor improvements to avoid any potential problems in the future (i.e. A divertor that wasn't on the original roof to divert rain water so it wouldn't run on the peak of the roof over our bedroom). ALL Star roofing company!
Christian came out and gave me an estimate to have my roof replaced. He, along with his wife Jennifer, sat down with me and reviewed everything including the labor and manufacturers warranties. I had gotten other less expensive estimates but read the back of estimate where all kinds of hidden fees would apply should extra decking be needed or extra layers of shingles to be removed etc. but Christian's estimate included everything including the ""extras"" that might and usually do come up after pulling existing shingles off. His estimate was designed to fit my budget. He and his lovely wife answered all my questions in a polite fashion and were honest about what was needed and what to expect. We scheduled a time for the roofers to replace my roof and they showed up not only on time but fifteen minutes before scheduled. The workers showed up on time, and performed their work thoroughly and diligently. The roof was put on before sun down and before the thunderstorms were predicted to arrive. My yard was clean and debris free when they left and I am extremely satisfied with my new roof. After replacing my roof, JC & C Roofing made my Aiméezing Property even more amazing. The quality of work was A+ and I will recommend JC & C Roofing to anyone in need of a roof repair or roof replacement. I can't say enough about Christian and JC&C roofing. It's a daunting task trying to find a good and fairly priced roofer in Houston that won't be here today and gone tomorrow, but I can proudly say I think we found one of the best. Integrity is an often forgotten word in this day and age, but it's what I appreciated most about JC&C. We received five quotes from roofers and JC&C was in the same range as four of them. Then it came down to really examining the companies to pick the one for us. Being certified through the shingle manufactory was a huge plus as well a free power wash. We ended up choosing JC&C and I'm so glad we did. Once we decided to use them, the roof was going on the next day. They did a great job on the roof as well as clean up. Another great experience was when they damaged our gutter guards. That's right I said it correctly, when they damaged our gutter guards. This is one of the times Christian's integrity showed. I've read of stories where roofers damaged gutters (which is common) and fought with the home owner that it wasn't their guys, this was not the cause with Christian. I showed it to him during our final walk down before I paid and he didn't blink an eye in his response. He said they would take care of it and told me not to worry. True to his word, they fixed it. And they not only fixed the bent guards but replaced them. I know some may think that is what he was supposed to di, but in this day in age it's not common. He also allowed us to pay for our roof on our credit card without charging us 3%, which allowed us to get the reward points. All in all I was more than satisfied with my experience with JC&C. I would and will recommend them to everyone. Anyone out there can put a roof on your house but few can match JC&C's integrity and customer service!

Extremely professional company! I used to work for a company that is solely based on commission so I knew the sneaky tricks involved, but this company proved nothing of the sort. Christian, Joel, and the entire team went above and beyond on every aspect. Communication with this company was a breeze. They protected our outdoor plants and a/c unit, and also swept the lawn with a large magnet for nails after the job was completed.

I have been very pleased with JC&C Roofings work and timeliness. They added a lot of bonuses to the repair and replacement job to sweeten the deal. Minimal damage to exterior lawn and plants, excellent clean up. A beautiful roof and professional work. They worked closely with Allstate to get the approval and funding. I chose the right guys.
