Christian and his crew did an amazing job on our 3-story town home. From the estimate process, mobilization, execution, to clean-up everything was done in a professional manner. I am very particular, but I can't find anything to critique! While they were working, I was updated with over 50 pictures of the progress. Prior to this job I had never seen a picture of my roof. Not only did they do a great job on the installation of the shingles, the also made sure to educate me and show me where they sealed all the vents that were not correctly sealed previously. After the work was complete, they even came by to pressure wash my driveway. It is great to have a memorable contractor experience when I have had so many that were not. Thanks again JC&C roofing.

JC&C Roofing just completed a roof on our house and we could not be HAPPIER. We received several quotes from other roofers and made our decision to go with a local company, prices were similar and no issue with the time line for completion. WOW - what wonderful service. The workers were are courteous, considerate and clean. The crew went out of their way to make sure they did not interfere with our daily routine. They found a few little issues in our roof that were resolved immediately. We especially appreciate the photos taken during the process to show progress. The crew left our grounds clean - no trash, debris or nails were left behind. They even came and power washed the drive and house. The best part, there were no last minute surprise issues with pricing. We would HIGHLY recommend JC& C Roofing - Christian and Jennifer are wonderful.

Christian refused to give me a quote because I wasn't going to go through my insurance. I wanted a cash quote on how much a roof replacement was and a second quote on what it would be to go through insurance and he told me I was looking for the cheap way and that they weren't the right company for me...Thanks for wasting my time. You guys should tell people you only go through insurance before scheduling the appointment.

Update: Christian just called and left me a vm that he's coming back to my house because I left this review. Why? I called him back and told him there was no reason for him to come back and he better not show up. He said, ""I need to understand why you left this review. I'll see you soon."" Um, what?? This is scary because this guy knows where I live!!

Jennifer H. You didn't even call me to clarify what was exchanged so how can you accurately respond about it? I asked him for two quotes. I never told him my budget was $10k. I said that was my deductible! I don't think he was listening to me. I wanted a cash quote to just replace the roof with a like roof to see if it was near my deductible and then what he thinks the insurance will cover, just like the other two companies have done. I never said the other two were coming in cheaper. I told him I was in the information gathering stage.

He claims he has a recording of me, I'd love for you and I to listen to it!! If you have that and it supports his version I'll gladly remove this review and leave you a 5 star review.

UPDATE ON YOUR UPDATE: are you for real?? Thank you for the apology about the misunderstanding for refusal to provide a written quote but then you lost me again when you completely justified him calling me to demand that I explain my review. It's funny that it literally could have been left at my original 4 sentence review but because of his actions and your replies defending those actions I keep having to update this. You truly seem to not care about getting to the truth OR you actually think it's okay for your guy to threaten to come back to my house and wait for me because I left a review for you that he didn't like. In no professional universe is that acceptable for a company that claims to want to be on business for the long-term as you claimed before!! I think it's very telling about your actual commitment to customer service that you didn't even try to reach out to me for clarification or so I could play you his voicemails where he says he'd wait for me and claims to have a recording, which you now say he doesn't have!! Well I do have voicemails. I invite you to call me, you have my number, and I'm happy to play them for you. If you don't hear him say, ""you have to explain this review to my face. I'm coming to your house and If you're not there I'll wait for you."" I'll gladly remove this review. If you do hear him say it I think it's fair to ask you to update your reply with, ""I'm sorry he said he would come back to your house and wait for you. That was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.""

And I'll reiterate my original point of my post was that if your office told me when I scheduled the estimate that you don't book jobs that don't go through insurance we would never have had this encounter!

JC&C called before coming out to repair my roof that it is going to cost 70% more than the written quote I accepted. This is a typical bait and switch; the company would rather scam customers than deal honestly.

I'm very disappointed with this roofing company.
1. The prices are very high.
2. After the job was done they invoiced me through email. I paid by check within 48 hours. Nevertheless, they kept harassing me with endless phone calls and emails until the postal service delivered the check to them. It's as if they are desperate for money.
Go somewhere else.

Had to replace roof recently and was a bit intimidated with the search for a good contractor. I ran across JC&C Roofing and set up a meeting for estimate. Christian is the best. He explained the whole process step by step and meticulously described our options. He has many options and I believe can accommodate any budget. He came personally a couple of times to answer questions we had and made sure we were absolutely happy with everything. I would not hesitate to give JC&C Roofing my highest recommendation.

My father and I experience with JC&C Roofing was awesome, Christian worked out a price that was feasible for my father's budget. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable about the business. There were other companies that came to the home to give my father a quote on other repairs, which they admired the work that JC&C Roofing had done on the roof and gutters. I recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a company to get the job done right and have consideration for your budget. After speaking with several roofing companies regarding the work, overall I felt Christian was honest and took out the time to go through every step of the installation process.

JC & C Roofing (Christian) was very prompt with our estimate and proved to be very knowledgeable with any followup questions we had about roofing. His crew started the job, on time as promised, and he kept us well informed as the job progressed. He used two separate crews, one for the roofing, and another for the fascia around the house, and both crews were very courteous and professional and they did an amazing job to finish our home on time as promised.
Christian was there checking on the progress throughout the day, and when it came to additional details that needed to be fixed he worked with me to resolve it and kept everything within budget. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family as they did an absolutely amazing job and left my yard clean at the end of the day.

I called Thursday 8-16-18 and spoke to a rep. I gave them detailed information about my garage to include the fact that it currently had a corrugated metal flat roof and I was interested in either getting a proper flat roof with decking, membrane, and cap or framing and installing a new sloped roof. I was given an appointment for the following day to meet with Christian Hernandez between 3-4PM. I proceeded to leave work early on Friday. At approximately 3:40PM I got a call from Christian who immediately asked what type of roof my garage had. I informed him it was flat and that I was interested in either getting a proper flat roof or slope roof installed. He informed me they don't even do flat roofing. He said he would come take a look anyways. He called me a short while later to say he had called his manager and confirmed they don't do flat roofs. Christian was polite, respectful but clearly looking to rule out any type of roofing situation (IE mine)before traveling to the location. I have zero problem with that, what I do have a problem with is that I explained in detail what I was looking for to the original person who took my call and they setup an appointment. I took off work for this appointment and ended up wasting 3+ hours of my time and money on something that should be a very basic concept taught to all JC&C employees. That is: THEY DON'T DO FLAT ROOFS.
