My father and I experience with JC&C Roofing was awesome, Christian worked out a price that was feasible for my father's budget. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable about the business. There were other companies that came to the home to give my father a quote on other repairs, which they admired the work that JC&C Roofing had done on the roof and gutters. I recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a company to get the job done right and have consideration for your budget. After speaking with several roofing companies regarding the work, overall I felt Christian was honest and took out the time to go through every step of the installation process.

JC & C Roofing (Christian) was very prompt with our estimate and proved to be very knowledgeable with any followup questions we had about roofing. His crew started the job, on time as promised, and he kept us well informed as the job progressed. He used two separate crews, one for the roofing, and another for the fascia around the house, and both crews were very courteous and professional and they did an amazing job to finish our home on time as promised.
Christian was there checking on the progress throughout the day, and when it came to additional details that needed to be fixed he worked with me to resolve it and kept everything within budget. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family as they did an absolutely amazing job and left my yard clean at the end of the day.

I called Thursday 8-16-18 and spoke to a rep. I gave them detailed information about my garage to include the fact that it currently had a corrugated metal flat roof and I was interested in either getting a proper flat roof with decking, membrane, and cap or framing and installing a new sloped roof. I was given an appointment for the following day to meet with Christian Hernandez between 3-4PM. I proceeded to leave work early on Friday. At approximately 3:40PM I got a call from Christian who immediately asked what type of roof my garage had. I informed him it was flat and that I was interested in either getting a proper flat roof or slope roof installed. He informed me they don't even do flat roofing. He said he would come take a look anyways. He called me a short while later to say he had called his manager and confirmed they don't do flat roofs. Christian was polite, respectful but clearly looking to rule out any type of roofing situation (IE mine)before traveling to the location. I have zero problem with that, what I do have a problem with is that I explained in detail what I was looking for to the original person who took my call and they setup an appointment. I took off work for this appointment and ended up wasting 3+ hours of my time and money on something that should be a very basic concept taught to all JC&C employees. That is: THEY DON'T DO FLAT ROOFS.

Let me tell you all of the reasons that JC&C Roofing is the way to go for the most important investment you will put on your house.

1 - Product Knowledge. Christian, the owner, came out to provide a quote. He took some measurements and then scheduled a time to come back and deliver his proposal. This allowed him time to compile all of the data and figures to ensure that the quote given is the final price without any hidden expenses. They have several products the offer and will provide detailed quotes and a plethora of information about everything they sell.

2 - Production. Once we decided on the product package we wanted, which was the Diamond Package (thank God for financing). Christian had a crew swarm on our house the very next day. The worked so hard and got 99% of the job done on the first day. The next morning they were back out to finish the last minute touches. The owner was onsite for most of the project, checking in that I was happy with the work and always asking if I had any questions or concerns.

3 - Service. I can't rave enough about Christian. So rare is it to find someone that is polite, kind, funny, honest, and just an overall good person. Christian is good people. Plain and simple. I honestly feel like he treated us like he would want to be treated and I have a great amount of respect for his customer service, dedication to his craft, and earning the respect of those around him. I am confident that if I should have any issues in the near future with this new amazing looking roof, that he would be back out in a hot second to take care of me.

Christian and staff did a great job with our roof. From the the first call to the completion of the job their service has been phenomenal. The staff assisted with the insurance claim paperwork. Which was great. Christian came to my home and gave a spectacular presentation. It was very thorough. I had a clear understanding of what needed to be done. He did not try to upsale us he was very honest and provided sound advice. The roofing crew was prompt. The roof was done in 1 day the yard and surrounding areas were left clean and swept. The contractor that did the gutters was friendly, prompt and efficient. Also after the work was done JCC sent back a crew to inspect the work and inside our attic. We love our new roof. This company is great. I highly recommend. I'm looking forward to referring plenty of family and friends.

I was trying to schedule an appointment. I received an email stating the appointment was confirmed. The evening of the appointment, I received a call to schedule an appointment. Oops! No appointment was scheduled. I realize everyone is busy right now, but I think I've dodged a bullet if this is indicative of their process.

What a joke! They wanted to charge me $175 to give me a quote because it was for a house that I was interested in buying. They didn't say anything about a fee to quote until I told them that I had other contractors quoting as well. Not a big incentive for them to be competitive if they are getting paid $175 for 30 minutes of work. No issues getting quotes from their competitors though.

Recently used JCC Roofing on my mother roof ,was pleased and extremely surprised how professional they were,Cesar with JCC came by and met with adjuster ,process was started and work was done on schedule ,roof work and clean up made simple,I highly recommend them to any one ,ask for Cesar,great guy and always answer his calls, that says a lot now of days, thanks JC&C Roofing
