JC Gutters Sales Agent came to take measurements for our gutters installation in early June. After I paid my down payment, they fell out of contact for two months when I tried to reach out, the Sales Agents number was offline. I called the main office and after getting passed around and having to explain to several people that no, I did not need someone to come and do measurements, that I had paid a not insignificant down payment two months ago and needed someone to come out and do the job. Finally someone explained they were having material shortages and had job delays, but they had no answer as to why no one reached out to people who had already paid a down payment to tell them rather than ghost them for months.
The job was finally completed, however, but further communications on the work have been frustratingly difficult and taken several months.

I did my due diligence when picking a company to do my rain gutters. I usually have three companies bid, I ended up at four this time because one person came out personally, looked at the house, and straight up front said that their Bread and Butter accounts lean more toward the custom and commercial.
#2 Another company in the area came out gave me a notebook paper estamite, being my first price I used that as my bench mark.
#3 A guy came out similar questions, roughly same placement of the down spouts. In casual conversation I asked, so one piece gutters, how do you slope it? The reply was, we don't it just drains. The price was comparable to the other and was on a company bid and estaminet sheet.
#4 JC Roofing came and we did the walk around descused the down spouts and she commented that their company offers splash blocks at each down spouts(#""s 2-3 said it dumped on the lawn), so I asked if they sloped their gutters, in which she replied, We slope all of our gutters. We then discussed colors of the gutters. I picked pretty much the same colors as I did for the other two. Then she asked what color I'd like for the down spouts. I was taken a bit back by the question. I said, no one's asked that, no one's done that, that I've seen. I thought, This was the company I was looking for. I picked my trim color for the gutters and I matched the house's body color for the down spouts. Driving by, you don't even see them.Their bid price came in slightly higher than the others, but there was no runaway on anyone's pricing.
Credit also goes to the field team that installed them, they brought minor changes in the field to make the system efficient and effective.
Communication was done via email or phone. Thanks JC and staff.
Side note: My son in Wisconsin is having his roof and gutters replaced. His two story downspout had been white against a pale green house, always stood out. I asked the roofer if we could use a different color spout to match the house. He loved the breakaway idea as well. Thanks JC

Victoria came and measured, but then we waited and waited for them come install. After 30 days of changing our plans over and over again to be available, they finally came to install, but the measurements were wrong. The installers put in as much as they could, but they still owe us a second downspout - its been another week waiting.
The gutters look good and the price was reasonable, but I just want the job completed.

Communication and customer service are not their priority, apparently. They replaced our gutters in conjunction with Alden Roofing replacing our roof. Xochitl was difficult to work with. Part of what we paid for was not installed, and it took several calls and missed appointments for them to complete that work. Then, when we later discovered (once we hit a rainy season) that their installation created a situation where rainwater literally pours into the center of the walkway to our front door, instead of actually flowing through the gutter, we have been met with two no-shows in a row. No communication from them at all. Totally unprofessional. But I guess they already have our money, so what do they care? My contact at Alden roofing has tried to facilitate the adjustment work, but they apparently don't care about that relationship either. My advice, find another gutter company. (And there's no way I would trust them with my roof, based on the gutter experience. Thankfully Alden Roofing is awesome!) There are plenty of others who will install gutters and be professional about it in the meantime.

I have hired and recommended JC Roofing and gutters to over a dozen people. Each one has given me tremendous feedback on their professionalism and quality of work. I love the combination that they bring to their business. Not only are the gutters functional but they are also aesthetically pleasing. This way you end up with gutters that do their job but also frame your house beautifully. I will continue to recommend them.

Hired JC Roofing to repair my gutters that got damaged during ice storm.
They sent someone over quickly to assess and provide an estimate. Tech was masked and practiced social distance. Once I accepted the quote, I was scheduled almost immediately. Crew arrived and completed the project in a timely manner.
Working with JC Roofing was easy, reasonably priced, and quality work. I would use them again for my roof/gutters and will definitely recommend them to others.

Georgetown experienced a major hail storm in May 2020 and my home was one of many that needed the gutters replaced. While walking around my neighborhood, I monitored the work of a number of gutter companies and I observed that JC Gutters was by far the most professional. The crew was putting up the gutters with what I would call the white glove treatment, carefully wiping down the gutters during and after installation. I noticed this was not the case with other gutter companies and in fact, I could see that a few of the other gutter installations were not being installed correctly, namely the gutters were not cut the correct length, sloppy overall work, etc. They seemed like they did not really know their job. I contacted the foreman of the JC job I was observing and Manuel came to my home. He was absolutely terrific. He maintained text contact with me before the job and was here for the entire job installation. The completed job is beautiful and Manuel was an absolute professional. It may not seem like it, but if the gutters go up properly, it definitely enhances the appearance of your home. If not correct, the opposite of course. Manuel sent me images of the job as it was completed since I had to leave town for very end of the job and he was obviously proud of his work. JC is also local and not a company subcontracted out by another roofing company where you have no idea where the crew is coming from. I think this also makes a big difference. In any case, I highly recommend JC Gutters and their crews and of course, Manuel. Finally, their proposal and invoice was instantly accepted by my insurance company, no issues at all. I did upgrade my gutters from 4"" to 6"".

They replaced our gutters after a recent hail storm. The new gutters look better than the originals and we can see they were installed better too! They showed up the first time with the wrong color which was a communication error, not their fault. That actually worked out better for us because Manuel very patiently showed us all of the color choices and we ended up with a much better match than what we had first agreed to. When they came back, it was one of the hottest days of the year (107 degrees) which didn't stop them or diminish their professionalism in any way. They didn't leave until they were sure we were 100% satisfied. We were very pleased with their work and the result. We highly recommend them.

JC Roofing & Gutters responded promptly to quote request. Arrived as scheduled for both estimate and installation. Professional in all interaction. Quickly provided all required documentation for HOA approval and was able to schedule the work quickly once approval received. Whole house gutters completed in less than 4 hours. They look like they were present when the house was built with a perfect match. Now all we have to wait for is the rain. We got quotes from 5 companies. They weren't the cheapest or the most expensive but they were able to schedule the job the soonest at a fair price.
