Do NOT use this company. They, lie and are very dishonest. They put a roof on my house and it has leaked several times when it rains. They will tell you they are coming out to work on the problem and never come. When they do come it is a temporary fix. The next time it rains heavily it starts leaking again. The last time he came out he want $2600 to fix the leak. The roof is only 2 years old.

Never use them! I hired them for several projects. I was given a timeline. They are completely unprofessional. There were days that went by when they did no work. I had to BEG him to do a job that i paid him for. He wanted to get paid for projects he never did and the work he did was crappy at best- as a diyer I could have done a better job. He admitted it looked bad and then still demanded payment. I tried to be amicable at the end and just say lets both walk away. The balance due was the same amount that I paid for additional work that he didnt do! Seemed fair to me. I get home to find that he unloaded the trash from the job I paid him for from his trailer on my driveway! This has been a complete nightmare! Dont ever use them!!!

My tin roof was 40 years old through the years had tighten the screws down every 3-5 years and replaced them with larger bore screws....nevertheless....it was leaking now and with the recent rains, we saw the extent of leakage. JC Roof Construction sent out James and he gave the wife and I a written cost of replacement within 30 minutes. The type of steel roof JC Roof Const. uses has no exposed screws and now makes our 40 year home look 30 years younger.
Mr. Cruz and staff of diligent workers made this happen in 4 days...this is a two story home.

Like the woman whose review is filtered below, JC Roofing owes my company money from two years ago and will not return phone calls. My experience indicates that these guys are not honest people. There are many roofers in town. You can do much better than JC Roofing.

Do not trust these people. The first time they put a new roof on our home, it was beautiful.

The second time our home was hit by hail I called them again and James came right out and gave me a quote for the job. I gave them a $5000 deposit for the job.

It was one excuse after another. The roof NEVER got done and the $5000 was NEVER returned.

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!

I have all the proof you need. I have paperwork, copies of letters from attornies, etc. People like this should not be allowed to be in business. Call me. Sallie Luu in Round Rock, TX

JC Roofing has owed my company money for over a year and refuses to respond to any of our attempts to collect. I would strongly discourage anyone from doing any type of business with them

These guys put a roof over my head, literally. Not that my house had been missing a roof, but due to a hail storm a couple of years back, it just might have blown away. So just in case the hail damage would have caused serious problems later on, I decided to go ahead and replace it.

James Daye, one of their contractors, was very helpful when it came to finding the texture and color of the new roof. Since I am the rebel homeowner on the block, I selected red shingles. Also, being the kind of person who is very curious, I had many questions about my roof and the entire roofing process. James was quite receptive to that. I learned all about fascias, flashing, and soffits, and they even let me climb up on top of the house to see things from their perspective.
