We specialize in shingles, torch-applied modified bitumen roofing, clay and concrete tiles, skylight replacements, and repairing skylight leaks. We provide comprehensive roof repair services, including the removal of existing roofs, fascia board replacements, and plywood installations for homes and businesses.

We offer the installation of white elastomeric roof coatings for both new and existing roofs.

The company was established by owner Juan Carlos Estrada in 1990, with a decade of experience already under his belt. With support from family and friends, the business was incorporated on August 28, 1998.

I supervise and assess all job estimates. I start my day early, drink plenty of coffee, graduated from high school, and am happily married to a Brazilian woman. I have two daughters, currently attending kindergarten and preschool.
