I had my bricks on my house stabilized due to my need to have foundation fixed, I had my back door fixed due to wood rot and finally I had them supervise the installation of cutters. I am extremely pleased with their professionalism and quality of their work. They were constantly inclusive of every step they took. Will use them again for other jobs. Joey, Russ and Trey are outstanding!

I have hired JC construction for remodeling kitchen and bathrooms and much more(~$70k contract, just a labour). They did ""ok"" work, could have been better in terms of quality. Cesar is sincere, listens to customer, and approachable, but others in his team have attitude problems. They don't listen to customer. I liked that they finished almost on time, not too much delayed.

I noticed JC hires many subcontractors for finishing the work and most of them are very rude to customer and do not listen to customer.

After they finished the work, bathroom started leaking and tilework is showing cracks and some kind of weired sound comes every 30 mins from attic after they installed exhaust and vents in the dryer&washer room; they just want to finish the work, do not care about quality and standards. They had to move furnace return duct work, for new
dryer and washer room. When they move return, they installed really small 4X10 return. HPAV experts came and it is against code, so I ended
up spending $$ to install correct size returen.

I do appreciate Cesar for immediatly fixing bathroom leak next day. Mistakes can happen, how they respond is important for me. I liked how they responded and took care of the leak immediately. I like Cesar attitude, wants to take care of customer and listens to customer.

Jose, who has attitude problem and do not listen to customer, installed the lock for the door and misplaced the key. I have to call locksmith to make the key. I have requested to install one kind of baseboards for bathrooms and dryer and washer room. Jose isntalled completely different type, looks cheap, in dryer and washer room. When I asked why? he said no one will see in the dryer and washer rooom and not even offered to change it. I have seen better quality and workmanship and better attitudes.

I have been trying to reach them to address some of issues, but never heard back from them.

Well, Cesar and Jose showed up yesterday and fixed bathroom leak and took care of other small pending issues. I appreciate Cesar for continually following up with me to take care of the pending issues. I like the way Cesar took responsibility and being accountable to the work they performed at my house.

We remodeled our master bathroom working with JC and his company, the project came out amazing!! It was very easy to work with JC and all his co-workers, I was a little apprehensive about hiring a contractor based on stories from friends, I would highly recommend these guys as they are highly professional and do a great job and are willing to work with you to make the job come out exactly like you want.

One thing I liked about JC was that he was that the project started on the date he quoted and they stayed on the original timeline. They came every day that they said they would come, they were always on time and all the workers were very polite and friendly.

We had a basic idea what we wanted to do in the bathroom but as we have not done such a project before we did not have all the details worked out, Jose made many suggestions on the design which helped to make the final design look very professional. I am sure the final bathroom would not have come out as nice without his design suggestions.

The work was all done with high quality. We started with an old builders quality master bed room and now have a modern, stylish bathroom that looks amazing.

I would highly recommend JC to anyone looking to do construction on their home, I am sure you will be happy with their work.

Jose and his team remodeled our 1985 bathroom Now it is a beautiful modern bathroom. I always wanted a soaking tub. I now have the bAthroom I always pictured. The cost was very reasonable and the quality is perfection The job from start finish was completed in about 2 weeks. I can't say enough good things about Jose and JC construction.

Jose and team did a tremendous job on my master bathroom and fireplace. The quote I received was very reasonable and an exceptional value in regard to the quality of work I received. I once thought this company was great but after having so many no shows and poor workman ship we had to let this company go. I have changed my rating to 1-star since we were very dissatisfied with all the errors and poor accountability. Beware they start out doing a good job but then they start getting flaky and jacking up their prices. I also discover they are not insured. Plus we had to pay someone else to correct all their bad workmanship & mistakes!!!

Cesar and Jose not only gave me an excellent quote for two separate jobs (french door installation - framing, hanging, sealing, outside lamp installation including modification, redwood deck construction AND replacement of backyard redwood deck) but did a magnificent job. Their workers showed up on time and cleaned up at the end of each day. They fit incongruent outside shingles and painted adjacent areas to ensure a perfect, seamless match. We couldn't be more happy with their work. We are planning a bathroom remodel and will hire them for that job too.
