This is a repeat of outstanding customer service: I am very pleased with the service and the 3 custom-made copper items I've purchased through JB Wholesale Roofing & Building Supplies, Inc. [D.V.B.E. Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises].  In 6/14, 7/15 and again today, 2/14/18, Mr. Chris Day at JB's gave excellent service. He is very knowledgeable, helpful and efficient.  He processed each order quickly. The 3 copper items made by Bay Cities Metal Products in Gardena were made to exact measurements with beautiful craftsmanship.  I am so glad I discovered JB's in 2014 and highly recommend them and Bay Cities.

I was headed to HomeDepot to buy shingles for my shed. I remembered a roofing supply store along Sepulveda and went here. I entered the show room and was checking out the different types and styles. The employee showed me different types and I told him I was on a budget for my shed. He sold me some shingles at a great price. He helped me calculate how much I needed and what I needed. Brought it home started roofing and he was spot on on the quantity. I have to say some people say they had poor customer service. My experience even how small my order was they treated me great. They were professional and courteous. I will use these guys when it's time to redo my home's shingles. Thanks JB Supply for the great service. Keep it up!

I have never had such poor service! The salesman was rude. When asked to show me the roofing materials, he simply pointed to the show room. He couldn't be bothered to provide any information about the materials. After 4 trips from the show room to the salesman behind the sales counter with questions about the roofing products, I gave up and left. The sales man offered no explanation about the products and reluctantly provided prices. I would have given this company a - star rating, but there is no such thing.

My roofer was unable to order the materials due to an emergency, so I offered to do it even though I knew nothing about what was needed except from a little list I was given. The man who helped me got the picture and we ended up the right stuff delivered on time. Returning the little bit of unused material was easy. So, thank you.

As a roofing contractor, I have been buying from JB's since they first opened. They absolutely knock themselves out for anyone who comes in, homeowner and contractor alike.
