I was told by other stores that material was available at this branch that was not available elsewhere. I called this store to confirm, and the worker told me it was available and I would have to come in to my local branch and pay for them. Not a problem so I rushed over to reserve them with payment and was told at that point that they were ""reserved"" for another customer. Not cool. Get your crap together.

As owner builders we couldn't find a single supplier in Ventura County who would respond to our request for real slate roofing tiles. In contrast, Rick at JB Wholesale Roofing, connected us with the technical representative from American Slate. Even though we were one-time customers struggling to figure out how to best rebuild our house after the Thomas Fire, Rick was immensely helpful and patient with our novice questions while giving us A+ service and wholesale pricing. JB Wholesale Roofing truly deserves the highest praise possible.

First time at this location and needed material in a rush. Got there at 6:30am and they didn't have any deliveries available for the week. Ariel & Alfredo heard I was in desperate need and helped me get out of a really tricky logistical situation. Great customer service and awesome management!! Thank you guys ;)
