I live in a 500+ Owner owned Modular Home unit and Jays Roofing has been a staple to my multiple neighbors and myself. His timely completion of the job was most appreciated and the ease of dealing with him is a rare element in today's contractor climate.
When I needed to call him back for a follow-up on a vent area, it was done within a day to my complete satisfaction.

I wanted to get our house re-roofed prior to getting solar installed and I got half a dozen quotes. Not only was Jay's roofing one of the lowest quotes around, but they didn't try to make the existing damage worse that it actually was (no upselling was a huge plus for me). Jay, the owner, is honest and reliable. His crew showed up on time every day and cleaned up extremely well every single day. I had a couple special requests after the work had been completed and Jay made sure to get them taken care of at no additional charge. I appreciate the experience that I had been dreading as Jay and his team clearly knew what they were doing, had the right skills and experience to get the job done right and on time, and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. We had a great experience with Jay's Roofing! His team were all friendly, on time and so tidy! the demo makes a mess, and you would never know they were here! They were quick, did great work and had goodpricing!
The roof on our house was at the end of a long remodel. After dealing with contractors who were not as professional as you would want, Jay was a welcome change! I would happily recommend them to anyone!

We just had some roof repairs done by Jay's Roofing and they were excellent. Great pricing, showed up exactly when they said the would and were done super quick.

We had a rather small area that needed repairs, but they inspected the entire roof, repaired a few damaged spots, and charged exactly what was originally agreed upon. They were very professional. I highly recommend them!

Jay put a new roof on my home addition about ten years ago. Everything has been fine. Last year I had a new air conditioning and heater unit installed. The workers at that time damaged my roof, which I did not know until it rained. Jay came out very soon and repaired it for me. He has also installed new roof turbines a few years back. They work great and with no leaks. I have been very satisfied with his work, and he is very professional and polite. I highly recommend him.

We used Jay's Roofing on several small roofing and venting jobs to our home to buy us time to save up for our much needed re-roofing. Jay's was willing to work with us throughout the years and we eventually had our roof redone by them. They did such a great job, our neighbors stopped by to admire our roof and get their information. They have worked on several homes in our neighborhood, as well as on the homes of everyone in my family.

Jay and his crew are outstanding. They replaced our old roof and gave us a good price, even though they had to do a lot of cutting since we had decorative rafters that had to be replaced per the city (home is in historic district). They did what they said and went above and beyond in a number of ways. Had received quotes from a couple of companies I found in that glossy, little Corona/Riverside home improvement magazine. Their bids were higher and it became obvious the extra went to pay for their advertising. Exceptional service, they cleaned up each day, and finished in a timely fashion. This was an expensive job but we are extremely satisfied with the results.
