Well had Jasper replace my roof, now I have leaks and found out that it's called roofclaim.com They will not respond to my calls, I reached out to Izzy he replied, but when I told him I'm having issues and when can they look at my roof. NO ANSWER! Im going to file a complaint with the BBB and see if I can file a law suit. I plan to name the owner to Izzy to the crew chief. Insurance companies should not do business with these people. They should not get away with this practice.

Company is a scam both to its customers and it's ""employees."" They bring on anywhere from 10-15 ""new hires"" at one time and promise them 100k at least a year and give them very little explanation as to what they are going to be doing. They poorly equip you in training, and by day two expect you to drive through neighborhood and get on roofs with no safety training on how to do it. I wonder what OSHA would think. Anyway, they basically have all but one or two of these new hires do the ""dirty work"" for a week and then fire them and hand their clients to the other people. Big scam. I was a part of them for a few days and quit once I realized they were training me to scam people. You get customers to sign a contract that takes away their rights to their insurance claim for a new roof, and then once they pocket the cash for the claim they use a small fraction of it to provide a new roof for the customer and profit off the rest. I'm surprised these guys haven't gone to jail. Beware!

We had our roof replaced by Jasper 2 years ago June. I can now review their work covering all of the flaws, errors etc. Let me begin by saying I received a d- job for an A+ price.
1. Jasper had me work with an attorney. (Of course I had to sign ASSIGNMENT OF BENEFITS form that IMMEDIATELY GAVE JASPER any money I won from the insurance company) The good news is the attorney was very responsive. At least the money for the hack job they call a roof did not come out of my pocket - WELL ALMOST!!! I had no problem with paying the amount they asked for to replace some of my plywood roof sheathing. But, after the fact, they charged me for some wood slats they had to put on the roof because of the roof slope. They said that it wasn't included in the estimate they provided the insurance company. Really? This is (supposedly) a professional company and they did not know the slope of the roof required the wood slats to stop the tiles from slipping? Funny our neighbor had that included in their estimate and did not have to pay out of pocket. Oh well, that only cost me an additional $1,100.
2. I had to ride herd on the roofers who really didn't care about the job they did. The ""supervisor"" spent all day on his cell phone and I had to point out where they were doing a miserable job. I THOUGHT I had caught all the problems. Boy was I mistaken.
3. I complained to the manager of all the roofing contractors (yes, Jasper subcontracts with all their roofers so you can't really go after Jasper itself) about the mortar job they were doing. First it didn't match the tiles as Jasper claimed it would, second, it was just plain sloppy. Jimmy, the manager, assure me that this was just the first layer or mortar and they would be putting a finish layer on it. To say this answer was disingenuous is kind. IT WAS A BALD-FACED LIE! The first layer was the only layer, and it looks like a weekend amateur put it on.
4. About a month after the roof was installed, I had water dripping on me while I was in the WC doing my thing. That's right - on the throne!!! I called Jasper and they told me someone would be coming out the next day to fix it - their ""cleanup and fixit"" crew. Much to my surprise, the original supervisor and a couple of people showed up the next day and asked what the problem was. I explained that I had described the entire issue to Jimmy (remember - the ""manager""?) So I called Jimmy. He told me that the supervisor (and his crew?) had been fired and should not have come to fix the problem. They somehow intercepted my information and decided to come and fix their error. I handed my phone (with Jimmy on the line) over to the supervisor and Jimmy told him to leave. The next day Jimmy sent another crew to fix our leak. It seems the original crew actually put in the wrong size vent over the toilet. I took a picture of what they had done - WHAT A MESS. They had bent and crumpled the vent to force fit it and left gaps all around it where the water was coming in. Jimmy's explanation, ""Hey people make mistakes. They can be corrected."" I'm afraid this mistake was either done intentionally because they were too lazy to go get the right one - or they simply did not know what they were doing. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and assume it was the latter. But, as the saying goes: whether the stone hits the pitcher or the pitcher hits the stone is irrelevant...the stone gets broken.
Bottom line, I do now have a roof that I hope remains waterproof. However, the mortar looks absolutely horrid!!! (I SINCE LEARNED YOU CAN'T PUT A NEW MORTAR LAYER OVER THE EXISTING LAYER BECAUSE IT WON'T STICK.
Bottom line, the only thing Jasper did right, and they didn't even do it themselves, is they obtained coverage from my insurance company.
The more I write and rethink what happened the more I think I got a D- job for an A+ price.
DON'T GO WITH JASPER!!!

Avoid, avoid, AVOID! This company is nothing but problems. I had my roof replaced in 2017 and my garage began to leak immediately. They came out numerous times to fix it. Three years later, my roof STILL leaks. They now want to replace my roof.. after 3 years. I told them they will never do any work on my place again and I told my neighbors to avoid them. Save yourself thousands of dollars and go somewhere else

We requested an estimate to have our 21 year old roof replaced. The company send a roofing technician to our home as scheduled. At first he suggested that we enter into a contractual arrangement with his company which would make them my absolute legal representative. when I reminded him that I asked for a roofing estimate and not a legal representative , the suggestion became a requirement and a demand. when I refused to accept to his strong arming tactics he advise me that at his supervisor instruction he will not provide the estimate. In my 42 years in the construction and engineering business, this is the most unprofessional company I have ever encounter. MY ADVICE TO THE PUBLIC IS AVOID THEM AT ALL AND ANY COST. Unfortunately the lowest rating I have is 1 star this is a zero star company

Poor service. Did roof apx 3 years ago and have leak around the chimney that I had to have fixed. Customer service terrible. They are just storm chasers.

Destroying our neighbors house as the put on a new roof. Stepped through their ceiling and left a big hole they havent fixed. Run away from this company. They do not deserve your business.

JASPER ROOFING has poor customer service. They will not bother with or provide any assistance after their TWO YEAR WARRANTY. Kill you with kindness to get your business then leave you hanging. Use a more reliable roofer as Jasper is a joke.

Dishonest, unreliable, deceptive, misleading, poor craftsmanship. These are all good starts to describing a business the state of Florida should shut down. Jasper Roofing has no care for customers, potential customers, or the law. Best to STAY VERY FAR AWAY!

DO NOT USE JASPER ROOFING !

We had them replace our roof last week , after the crew left we found chicken bones and lemon wedges all over the front lawn . We have 2 tube lights and both have something that fell into them also . There were nails all over the driveway . They ripped several screens on my lanai , there are pieces of our soffit missing , and my door in the lanai is broke . They told me they are not going to fix the damage AFTER the "" field manager "" said that they would fix it ! TERRIBLE COMPANY EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE
