Discovered a roof leak after some heavy rains. Called JARCO for an estimate based on a recommendation. Ron came out for the estimate, checked the roof, and I received the estimate within a week. Approved the estimate and sent back 4 days later at which time I was informed they were booked out 5-6 weeks for repairs. After 9 weeks, still no communication from JARCO or an expected date of service. Assume my repair was forgotten so I called. The repair was completed 9 weeks and 5 days from the date of estimate. 3 weeks and 6 days after repair I finally received the receipt of payment upon requesting it. One month after repair completed, same area leaked again. Called JARCO and spoke with Diane who was understanding and accommodating. She sent someone same day to take a look at the leak (not Ron). He immediately found the issue....original leak was never repaired. Ron, who I assume is the owner, who was also the same man that did the estimate, called, yelled at me and belittled me over the phone. Told me that he did the estimate based on where I told him I had a leak and that I should ""learn to read since I approved of the estimate."" Not being a professional roofer myself and not having any expertise or experience in the roofing field, I assumed HE knew how to conduct a proper and thorough roof examination and therefore trusted him to be knowledgeable enough to repair the leak. Ron was undeniably unprofessional, inappropriate, and unbelievably rude over the phone in his attempt to make his mistake my responsibility.

Found a leak in our roof. Jarvis responded to our estimate request immediately. They came out right away, fixed the leak and let us know the condition of the roof in area repaired. Will use again if needed. Great experience and with all this rain our house is dry!

We expanded our little studio by adding a 3 car garage, 2 bedrooms with bathroom en-suite, and laundry room so naturally we needed a roof and the shingles of the existing structure needed replacing. Jarco offered the lowest quote of the 3 other companies. We chose a dark charcoal shingle which perfectly complements the green color of our house. They did a fantastic job, they were professional and we couldn't be happier. Of all the contractors we've had out here, they were the only ones to do a thorough clean up. It was impressive. We would highly recommend them for all your roofing needs.

I contracted with Jarco to redo my roofing back in August and at the time they told me they had an 8-10 wk projected wait. I didn't have a problem with this because I just wanted my roof taken care of before the rainy season hit. 14 wks later I was still waiting for a scheduled start date, a returned phone call? Something would have been nice. I decided to cancel my contract and go with a different company that seems to want my business.

it all started with a roof leak. The concrete tiles on our 25 year old roof were slipping and many were cracked. the substandard underlayment was dried out, cracked and crumbling. Out of 5 bids, Jarco had the best solutions and worked well with us to answer our questions and offer strategies to reduce the heat in our attic, thereby lowering our electric bill. We opted to replace the old roof with newer, lighter weight concrete tile and metal rakes, radiant barrier, vented eaves and special batten strips.
The removal crew arrived at 7:15 AM and removed nearly 40,000 pounds of concrete tile and all old underlayment by 12:30! We pulled a permit and the inspector arrived at 1 PM. Two pallets of new underlayment arrived at 2:30. The crew replaced the roof vents, installed the new system over the next couple of days (with breaks for rainy days) picked up the trash at the end of each workday, and even went over the lawn with a big magnet to catch any stray nails. The workers were courteous, polite, jovial and demonstrated considerable expertise. Jarco's project manager stayed with us throughout the job, answering questions, updating the schedule and went out of his way to be helpful. The bid was quite reasonable, mid range in the five quotes, but had the best customer service, on time crews, and friendly relationships. Replacing a roof is a scary prospect, and you definitely can't go wrong with Jarco.
