Jar pros made an appt with me for 5 pm the following day. He didn't show or call. At 6:30 pm I sent another request to him and immediately got an auto response. I replied that he had an appt 5 and didn't show. He said he forgot. So sorry. He had a 5 pm appt with someone else. Apparently he double booked. Unprofessional.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Jonathan and his team.

When we were in escrow on our home, our inspector had found some problems with the roof. Jonathan was able to take a look at our report and give us a fair and honest quote to fix the roof (which aided in our decision to purchase the home). Many other roofers jumped immediately to telling us we needed to replace our roof for $20k. Uncool.

Jonathan was transparent and honest. Not to mention, we were able to line him up to come fix the roof upon finishing fumigation, and he was so flexible with our timeline. His crew was fantastic and hardworking, cleaned up after themselves and did an amazing job. Jonathan let us know he believes the roof has another 10-15 years of life and that really provided so much peace of mind. Thank goodness he fixed it, it poured the next day.

Recently I had a leaked roof that went through the ceiling . I called Johnathan and he came out for a free quote . He flew a drone and saw the broken tiles involved. He also used a hydrometer to detect moisture with the involved ceiling . He was so kind to tarp our roof and come back for repair the following day for the repair once the rain stop. He did a great job and guaranteed his work for 5 years . His pricing was most reasonable . I would recommend Johnathan for roof repair .

This review is long overdue, but better late, than never...

The heavy and continuous rains of Jan-Feb took their toll on my home's roof. I came home to a leak from a skylight. I called a few roofing companies, to for estimates and quote comparison; however, many were booked weeks out due to the demand of the ongoing rains. After a couple of estimates, I called Jonathan of JAR Construction and he offered to come by same day for an inspection and quote.

Jonathan arrived as promised. He was timely, courteous, and respectful. He promptly performed an inspection, and provided a couple of estimates. One for repair of the skylight and a full re-roof which was needed. My roof was weathered. Jonathan patiently answered all questions.

We determined that Jonathan's quote was the most competitive and decided to move forward with JAR Construction.

Jonathan and his crew began work the following week. He even came by one evening to tarp the skylight & chimney which was also leaking just to get through until the start of the job.

Jonathan and his crew were prompt, courteous, and respectful.

The new roof looks great! Have received lots of compliments! I highly recommend Jonathan and JAR Construction for your roofing needs.

For me, Jar Pros was one of those times when you take a picture of a phone number on the side of a truck because you are frustrated in not getting the ""big name"" roofers/contractors like Fox to schedule, and it turns out to be the best blessing!

I met Jonathan for a series of roof leaks that ""big name"" Fox and Co couldn't fix, and Jar Pros turns out to be able to fix it all.

Guys like this don't get the marketing hype, but they do a better job solving problems and at a fair price. Jonathan and team have proven to be a reliable and experienced contractor for all kinds of future home repairs and remodeling.

Worked with Jonathan and his crew to fix a leak on my roof. He was very responsive to communication (text/yelp message), has a ton of experience (15 years+), and ultimately got the job done.

As we all know many jobs experience some complexities along the way, but I felt like he and his crew really had my back and were willing to work through solutions together. Specifically on my job, once we opened up the roof we discovered some sub optimal work that had previously been done. His crew was able to get everything all fixed up for me.
