Daniel Franco was our point of contact. We we referred to this business by another roofing company was recommended to us, because the first trusted business was too busy to take us on without a significant delay. We had a visit within a few days and had agreed to the scope of work within two more. Our expectation was that it would be several weeks to get supplies and get on schedule, based on recent work with different contractors. Within a week of the signed contract the work was complete. The actual on site work took less than two days, and we were pleased with a reasonable price point and the respect that the roofer gave us and out property. I recommend you give this company a call and see if they can help you.

James Kate Construction's worker trashed, damaged my 2 years old gutter screens and a gutter has fallen off in 4 months. They're demanding payment for work not done on my house from the insurance company. I pay my home insurance to insurance my house is repaired not to just give the money to some company. I've paid James Kate Construction over $18,000. I've worked with this company for several months to fix the issues that the company caused to my gutter screen. They sent someone to my home while I was at work attempting to get on my roof without my consent or knowledge. On 1/7/2022, I received a letter saying they would fix my gutter screens that they trashed and damaged at a additional fee. This is my experience. Beware.

I needed to have several shingles repaired on my roof. After doing some research, I decided to go with James Kate Construction Company due to all of the positive reviews. This company is amazing!!! They offer very reasonable prices and were able to repair my roof within a day or two of me initially contacting them. The project manager that I worked with, Daniel, was amazing and made sure that I was happy with there work. I would definitely recommend them and will use them in the future.

I got lucky when I called James Kate Construction to do repairs on my roof. I sold a rental home and the inspection showed that I needed repairs on the roof. Unfortunately I live out of state and flew in but would only be there for 3 days. I called on the first day late in the afternoon, explained my situation and they said someone would be out the next morning. Bryan showed up early the next morning as scheduled, looked at the roof and gave me a really competitive price. The problem is that I wanted it completed before I left and asked if he could do it the next day. Given the situation he said he would get out early before the other jobs scheduled so that could happen.
He showed early, did a great job and was finished that afternoon as promised. We hit it off so good (he is a super nice guy) that I invited him to stay at my house if he was every in CA.
I can't recommend this company more. There isn't anything another company could have done that would have been better than the service and quality they provided.

I had an excellent experience with this company. Our sales manager, Isaac Price (214-422-9163), was truly amazing throughout the entire process. He fought hard for us with the insurance company to get what we deserved and work with me ok the pricing. The roofing team did an amazing job and finished our entire roof in just one day while I watched my neighbors with another company take multiple days! This is a great company and I will be referring them to all my neighbors.

I couldn't believe how great their service was. I called just before lunch yesterday because recent storms had knocked off several of my shingles. Before I could even finish my lunch Ramone was knocking on my door with a huge smile. He didn't waste any of my time and simply told me he would inspect my entire roof and repair any damage he found. I heard a ton of hammering, then after about 20 minutes he knocks again and said I was good to go! I don't usually write reviews, but after years of calling companies and waiting days for them to respond (if they ever do)..I felt compelled to let everyone know that there are still companies like this that care about their customers. Won't hesitate to use James Kate when its time to replace my entire roof. Thanks guys!

James Kate Roofing did an excellent job on our roof. They worked with our insurance company and did all the necessary paperwork work. They did it in a timely manner and were very professional. They also did an awesome job of cleaning up afterwards! I would recommend them to anyone.
