Jamco Roofing and Exteriors installed a roof for me in 2011 after a hailstorm. There were a lot of roofing companies vying for my business, but my neighbor recommended Jamco after they installed her roof. I personally prefer word-of-mouth recommendations over online reviews so I contacted them for an estimate. I liked the interaction I had and everything seemed straightforward forward so I hired them. I upgraded to a 30-yr roof and I, like my neighbor, was very satisfied with the work. Leap forward to 2020 and I'm still happy with the job they did. Currently, I'm in the process of changing companies for my homeowners policy and was asked for documentation on the roof. I contacted Jamco to obtain it and also requested an inspection. The owner, James Fortenberry, came out within the week and did the inspection. He provided a very detailed report complete with pictures at no charge and the paid invoice from 2011. Based on my experience, I would recommend Jamco Roofing and Exteriors to my neighbors as well.

I worked with Sam Lamkin, and Jamco Roofing & Exteriors recently to repair my home following the June 6th major hail event we experienced here in Carrollton. Sam and Jamco also repaired the home next door, as well as another one just a few doors away. Jamco did a terrific job on the actual repairs, which included replacing my roofing and roof vents, gutters, garage door, 7 windows, and replacing the top and facing of my chimney. Sam worked very well with my insurance provider, and was timely with getting me the forms required by the bank and the insurance company. Unlike those other roofing companies that swarmed our neighborhood following the hail event, going door to door, walking past ""No Solicitor"" signs and leaving flyers on doors and car windshields, Jamco relied upon word-of-mouth advertising. Very professional, and very respectful. I will gladly use Jamco again if the future calls for it, and readily recommend Jamco to anyone in need of their services.

We've used them twice in the past to replace our roof in Irving after storms damaged our home. My sister and brother-in-law also used them after our experience.. They do everything they say they will and gave us a beautiful end result!!
