Stefan Z.Team came as promised and finished a complex job within 3 days. Very friendly crew. Cleaned up neatly after every day. For the flat roof portion they installed polyurethane about 1 inch thick with a top silicon coat. The silicon comes with a 50 year warranty. Based on my research, this is the best solution for flat roofs. Better than PVC or TPO because there are no seams. This roof has the additional advantage of R7 insulation from the Polyurethane, and the silicon coating is white, so it reflects the sunlight. I would think this will help keeping our house call in the summer months.
