Knowing that I would need to replace my roof in a few years, I thought I could have some repairs done in the interim. I contacted Jake & Company for an estimate. They came out, looked at the roof, and told me that they wouldn't be able to guarantee the repairs because the roof really needed to be replaced. I took some time to think it over. In the meantime, they would reach out every so often to find out what I had decided to do or if I had questions. They would let me know their availability and the awareness of the potential of the price of materials going up. I eventually decided to go for it. I am so glad that I did. From the beginning to the end, it was a worry-free experience. Jim explained the process, sent me pictures of what they were seeing [turns out the roof was in bad shape]. I would ask questions and not only did Jim answer them, he gave me an education!!! When the job was done, and it was done on time, I was provided pictures of the final product. I was very pleased. Overall, everything they state on their site about their professionalism, work ethic, etc. is true. I saw and experienced it for myself. They are my benchmark for contracting services. Thank you Jim and crew!!!

Being a contractor of 25 years I know quality when I see it. Jake & Company did an outstanding job on my roof! I took multiple bids, they were right in the middle. I procure goods & services for a government entity and am trained in soliciting bids, negotiating and contract administration. And I'm anal.
Jake & Co. won the bid to install a new roof on my (now) 86 year old Mother's home. Fast, on-budget, professional, and clean - we were entirely satisfied with the work. That was ~2010-2011.
Fast forward to 2016: My Mother's home is attached to her neighbor's home (townhouses in a senior community). NO work has been performed on the neighbor's home in our 15 years there. The neighbor's aged roof now affecting ours (2015). My mother called Jake & Co and they were on it. No hand holding, no second phone call, no debating -- Jim (Jake & Co) addressed the issue immediately and always professionally.

We needed a new roof. We called 5 local companies. Only 3 showed up to give us a bid! Out of the 3, 2 were so unprofessional (one company even had the 2 people there giving us a bid were arguing with themselves to the point that I thought I might have to break up a fight)! Jake and Co were by far the most professional.

Out of the 3 companies, they gave us the lowest bid, and we are very satisfied with their work. Quick, clean, quality! That was 3 years ago, and I HIGHLY recommend them to all of my friends!
