Many inquire, ""What does JADA stand for?"" The answer is clear...it signifies our family. The members of our family include Jeff, Austin, Dawn, and Ayden. We wanted our company name to reflect a legacy for our children. What better tribute to them than to base our business on our family’s unity? We are committed to what some might call ""traditional family values."" We cherish the practice of coming together at the supper table each night, giving thanks before meals, striving for our accomplishments, and guiding our children to earn life's little pleasures. We show respect to our elders, send handwritten correspondence, and most importantly, we value life and our loved ones. Our goal is for our business culture to mirror the fundamental values our family embodies every day.

Jeff McCarthy began his roofing career in 2010 as a newcomer, mentored by a respected friend and businessman who encouraged him to ""go out and create his own business."" He acted on that encouragement. Having more than a decade of experience in operations management, Jeff understood how to structure and guide a successful team. His determination to learn and excel in all areas of roofing, along with his dedication and loyalty, soon resulted in his promotion to Vice President within the company.

Fast forward to 2016...with support from reliable industry partners and colleagues, it was clear that the time had come for Jeff to ""go out and create his own business."" His unparalleled commitment to exceptional customer service has brought him to where he stands today. His clients and colleagues will say they have never met anyone quite like him.
