Many inquire, ""What does JADA stand for?"" The response is simple...it embodies our family. Our family consists of Jeff, Austin, Dawn, and Ayden. In selecting our company name, we wanted to establish a meaningful legacy for our kids. What better way to honor them than by building our brand on the strong bond of our family? We are committed to what some might call ""traditional family values."" We believe in gathering around the dinner table each evening, saying grace before meals, working diligently for our achievements, and teaching our children the value of earning life's little rewards. We respect our elders, write personal letters, and above all, we appreciate life and those we cherish. Our goal is for our business culture to mirror the fundamental values our family embodies every day.

In 2010, Jeff McCarthy started in the roofing industry as a beginner, guided by a respected friend and businessman who motivated him to ""go out and establish the business."" Jeff took that advice to heart. Having more than a decade of experience in operations management, Jeff understood how to structure and guide a successful team. His relentless drive to master every aspect of roofing, combined with his dedication and loyalty, swiftly led him to the role of Vice President in the company.

Fast forward to 2016...with the backing of trusted industry partners and colleagues, it became evident that the moment had arrived for Jeff to ""go out and build his own business."" His unparalleled commitment to exceptional customer service has brought him to where he stands today. Both clients and colleagues will attest that they have never met anyone else like him.
