At JADA Roofing, we aim to be the top locally owned and operated roofing contractor in the area. We are honored to have been named Clay Best since 2019. We understand that roofing can be stressful, which is why we prioritize honesty and trust in our work.

Many inquire, ""What does JADA stand for?"" The answer is straightforward...it represents our family. Jeff, Austin, Dawn, and Ayden make up our family. In selecting our company name, we wanted to establish a meaningful legacy for our kids. What better tribute to them than to base our business on our family’s unity? We embrace what others may label as ""old-fashioned family values."" We believe in gathering around the dinner table each evening, saying grace before meals, working diligently for our achievements, and teaching our children the value of earning life's little rewards. We honor and respect our elders, send handwritten notes, and most importantly, we never take life or our loved ones for granted. Our goal is for our business culture to mirror the fundamental values our family embodies every day.

Jeff McCarthy began his roofing career in 2010 as a newcomer, mentored by a respected friend and businessman who encouraged him to ""go out and create his own business."" He acted on that encouragement. With over ten years of experience in operations management, Jeff knew how to build and lead a successful team. His determination to learn and excel in all areas of roofing, along with his dedication and loyalty, soon resulted in his promotion to Vice President within the company.

Jump to 2016...with encouragement from trusted industry partners and colleagues, it was obvious that the time had come for Jeff to ""go out and establish his own business."" His exceptional focus on superior customer service has taken him to where he is now. Both clients and colleagues will attest that they have never met anyone else like him.
