Remember the old tv show ""Lost in Space""? Remember the robot who used to wave his arms around and say ""danger, Will Robinson!"" ? That's the same message I want to send out about this company. Oh they started out real good...showed up right on time for my estimate .... the guy was very personable and well spoken......showed up on time on the day we picked to have the roof done. And then it all went downhill. I had 2 skylights that were damaged in the hail storm....one was broken and had 2 big holes in it....the other only had 2 cracks ( BTW, this storm was in MARCH and as of today June 20, the cracked one still has not been replaced).

The roof was supposed to be done in one day....they ran into some kind of issue and said they'd be back to finish up the following Sat....when Sat rolled around, they said they couldn't work in the rain....it was barely drizzling....the people down the street from me were getting their roof done, and the drizzle didn't faze them. Hmmmmm.......a few more days pass, and there's all these materials in my yard and nobody is showing up to finish the job so I have to call the company. They came out and did something ( I have no clue what) and I thought they were done....til a friend of mine looked at it and said they didn't finish the drip guard. I try to call about that and never get anyone on the phone and eventually all I got was a message saying the voice mail was full....once again, hhhmmmmm......meanwhile another storm comes thru one Thursday night and the thin tarp they have up there covering the broken skylight gets drenched and starts dripping....basically it's raining into my house! My son and I rigged up a kiddie swimming pool to catch the water and I sent the roofer a not-so-nice email. By then it was May and he had been telling me since March that the skylights ""had to be special ordered and should be in anyday now""....seriously dude? I started trying to pin him down for a date and time my skylights would be replaced.....the lies started. All in all, a very negative experience. The completely broken skylight was FINALLY replaced last week....as previously stated, I'm still waiting for something to be done about the other one.

Bottom line, I would not recommend this company to anyone.
