Regan has always wanted to be a business owner, enjoying research, structure, and organization. One day, she encountered Matt, who loves working on projects, finding solutions to unique challenges, and being meticulous in his work. He also wanted to start his own business but lacked the patience for the administrative side. That meeting marked the beginning of Jack and Jill DFW as their joint venture.
