Worst roofer in miami. They left my house with just the tar paper for over 6 months. Had to call and call for them to come back and start installing the shingles. Then had the audacity to try and double bill me for work I had already paid for. Very unethical company. Do not use them.

I wish I had read all of the reviews before contracting with this company. Clearly has no problem with deceit, I have been told 10 times my roof, with active leaks, was the next job he was doing. Had no problem pressing me for a big deposit, lets see if I can get it back.

I just finished doing a 600 square foot flat roof in my new home with Fred Jaca from Jaca roofing. The roof came out great... He's professional, courteous and he went above and beyond in terms of the quality of construction. I would recommend them to everyone my experience was fantastic.

This man and his company are completely unethical and dishonest. I signed a Contract with them over 5 months ago for a simple reshingle on my Duplex. He has taken my deposit money and has abandoned the job with the roof felt installed only. He will not my calls or written correspondence. Do not ever give him any money up
front for deposits or anything as you will never see results from it. I would never use his company again, and am preparing to sue him.

I signed a contract with Jaca Brothers Roofing six months ago and the roof replacement still is not complete. They failed multiple inspections, would not tarp my roof, and the roof leaked inside my home. This roofer was a referral, but I will never refer him to anyone in the county! Pricing looked great, but I would pay the money for a company that will complete the job according to the terms on the contract. Tonight I just paid a plumber to certify that my gas water heater is properly connected to the roof. Originally, Jaca Brothers Roofing was going to take care of that and pay the plumber. At this point, I am doing everything I can to complete the job. I do not have the confidence in this company that he we complete the task. Beware!

Service is horrible. I signed a contract on 10/2/12 for a partial roof and over 18 months later they still have not completed the roof despite many phone calls with Fred Jaca who says they will complete the work and never does. I have even sent them a proposed small claims suit which they ignored. I made the last payment based upon my mother's experience over the past 20 years with them and they have completely screwed me for the past year. This job should have been done in a few days. Nothing can make up for all the time I have spent trying to get them to finish the job. My house has looked like a combat zone for over a year.

This company Jaca Brothers has proven to be unreliable with my family. Fred started replacing the roof over a month ago, has not finished the job, has taken payment for work and will not return phone calls. I would not recommend using his services to anyone. He has not been honest or reliable in dealing with my family.

Just the worst experience!!! , have taken a whole month for this person to change the roof, and now still does not put the shingles, he came one day a week and put five shingles and leaves! ..... is only the owner and another person working! is the worst company you can hire!

Stay away! Jaca is very nice and charming but unfortunately has an F rating with the BBB, foolishly I didn't check till after he started because he was highly recommended to me by members of my church where his wife teaches. I signed the contract for my roof three months ago and I'm still waiting for him to finish. He never shows up or calls, and has an excuse for everthing. He hooks you with a very low price, BEWARE.

Beware of Fred and Jaca Roofing. Roof is leaking just 3 years after I hired them to redo our entire roof. After spending so much money with them I expected better results and service. Extremely dishonest and unreliable. Never answers phone and mail box is always full. If you happen to reach him by phone his response will be ""I'll have some one call you back to schedule an appointment"". Needless to say you will not hear back from anyone. Check this companies rating on the BBB for additional info.
