In June 2021, I hired JAACE (Jimmy Villareal purportedly is the owner) to install new shower and floor tiles in my daughter's bathroom. I was told the job would take 3 days. I wanted the bathroom finished before my daughter came back from a month long summer vacation so I was initially not pressured for time. But it took a month for them to even start so time became an issue. At first it was taking extremely long to do the work. Workers would show up whenever they wanted and after two weeks (i was told project would take 3 days) it was near completion, however they missed a spot and left a large gap between tiles and despite me being clear i did not want to have glass installed in the shower, just a curtain, they installed the tiles in a way that does not allow for the curtain rod to stay in place. I've asked them to come and address these issues at least 50 times. All the owner Jimmy Villareal kept saying is that they are working on it. But they never showed up. DO NOT HIRE. They will not prioritize you and leave you hanging. Also the tile installers left a huge mess in my newly installed sod. Had to hire landscapers to install extra sod to fix it. AWFUL EXPERIENCE. It is November now and job has not been completed.

They also failed to seal the grout.

The only thing the owner is quick about is to issue invoices and jump all over you if not paid that same day. I made the mistake of paying in full before the details were completed.

And they miscalculated material and I'm left over with extra stuff I don't need. I do not own a truck to be able to load it up and return it. Jimmy Villarreal again promised to return it but he failed to deliver on the promise. EMPTY WORDS AND NO DELIVERY. BEWARE. DO NOT HIRE.
