We researched multiple quotes for our roofing project and JA Roofing by far had the most reasonable pricing for their services. We called Jose and set an appointment and he showed up to our appointment on time and very well prepared. For our first time dealing with intensive labor to our roof, Jose was patient with answering our questions and explaining all the details for the job. We felt comfortable moving forward with Jose and his company.

Jose's team showed up on time and we were surprised with how much they accomplished on the first day. When they finished the job removing the old roof, the entire perimeter of the house was completely clean. There was no debris anywhere.

Besides the original scope of work, we asked for his team to add a gutter guard and he gave us a very reasonable price. The roof was completed as scheduled and the craftsmanship truly shines. Jose's company is honest, professional, and respectful. Overall, they did a wonderful job and we would highly recommend them to any family members, friends, and neighbors who need roofing services.

We came across JA Roofing accidentally during our home repair process in 2023. We had previously met with about 10 roofers and received quotes for repairs and full roof replacements that ranged in costs (new roofs ranging from $20K-50K). Jose at JA Roofing was one of the last quotes we received, and at that point, we had decided to do a full roof replacement instead of repairs. The quote was competitive and Jose was super flexible with our changing timelines as our other home renovations were delayed. When we were finally ready, he squeezed us in and the re-roof was done over 3 days -his guys were respectful to our property, explained a lot to my husband Jeff who was curious and went up to the roof with the team, and Jose answered all of our questions. Once done, Jose did a final walkthrough with my husband a few days after and helped to explain and answer some additional questions we had about specific things we noticed. The process was seamless and we feel very confident and comfortable with our choice and the work done by Jose and his team. The work is warranteed for 8 years.

Highly recommend and would work with JA Roofing again in the future if needed.
