I called back a second time to follow up and was contacted immediately by Drew. The office girl called me separately to apologize for the delay and assured me that their team had met and implemented a checks and balances system to ensure things didn't fall through the cracks, as they had with me. She gave me her contact information and encouraged me to contact her directly if I needed anything at all. They sent me a fantastic rep who took the time to come by our house, introduce himself personally and walk us through it all. Although it wasn't the cheapest bid, we were impressed with the level of service and quality we have seen thus far, and are moving forward with signing a contract.

The most shittiest ever been waiting a month and a half for these people to do our roof ! They left the material for almost 2 weeks and NEVER calls their customers to say they arnt going to make it they were suppost to come today then they said maybe tomorrow because they can't get ahold of workers ??!!!! What kind of business are y'all running , maybe I'll take my business to someone that actually will come

Called with an emergency. Talked with receptionist and let her know what was going on and that it was an emergency. She said a field person would call and be at my address in 30 minutes or less. Never got a phone call and no one showed up. I would give less than one star but that's not possible. Don't call these people.

Worst, least professional contractors I've worked with. Was repeatedly lied to from the moment I met the salesman through the entire process. The job was never completed to satisfaction. Definitely go somewhere else for a roof if you want it done correctly, timely, costly and/or efficiently.

I'm changing my rating from 2 stars to 3 thanks to the owner of the business. He sent courteous and professional responses after my original review and update. I'm looking at having additional work done due to a renovation, and I've asked the owner about bidding for the work.

Worked with Ja-Mar a number of years ago to replace my roof after hail damage. This was back before the days of Yelp. They were easy to work with then. This week I had some water coming in with all the rain. Chris Mobley came out to do an inspection and see what needed to be repaired. Turned out it was more about some tree debris on the roof. The roof is still in great shape. Chris Got up on the roof and did a full water test with me and no leaks once the debris was removed. Really appreciate the support and service from Chris and Ja-Mar. Thanks!

Ja-Mar worked on three roof projects for me this summer, one was a shingle replacement following hail damage and the other two were metal roof for new construction. For the replacement roof, they were instrumental in helping navigate the insurance and warranty process which resulted in no out of pocket expense for us. On the new metal roofs they were great on helping us think through the design, pick the right materials and colors to match the house. The workers were very conscientious about the quality of the product and took time to address anything we pointed out. They did a good job cleaning up the site and didn't leave random shingles, nails all around which is often the case with a roof replacement.

Glad I meet Gary and the Ja-Mar team, it was a good experience for us and we'd recommend using them.

Ja-Mar replaced my roof this spring and it is doing just great with all the April rain! The roof on my duplex is large and multi-level. Kevin Voss was great - showed up on time, gave me a detailed bid with options, and then as soon as the weather permitted, the work was completed in 2 days. It took longer than the 1 day estimate because the roof was in worse shape that we thought - they had to replace a lot of decking, as it turned out. The crew was great and they cleaned the area around my house completely - thank you, Kevin and crew!

I needed some repair work on the roof of my house. I had gotten three bids for the repair and I was most impressed with the one from Chris Mobley at JaMar Roofing. He was nice enough to have my son who lives in Houston call him after hours about the repairs needed. He was on time and did exactly the work stated on the bid.
