I have a standing-seam steel roof. Unfortunately I chose a mocha color and have Live Oak trees surrounding it. The pollen and dust had just obliterated the beauty of the roof. I contacted Kennedee Hall at Ja-Mar Roofing. She told me that they did power washing of metal roofs. Their men came and worked ever so diligently for many hours. Luis even cleaned the leaves from the roof off of my driveway and deck. I'm a widow and have had some health problems so I am so very grateful for Ja-Mar Roofing for the truly professional care and courtesy they demonstrated.

Ja-Mar Roofing replaced our roof just over one month ago. We are very pleased with the roof and all those involved.
Drew, the Roofing Consultant, was on time for the roof inspection.
-He was very informative and spent time discussing what the company offered and what type of roofing material would be best for our house.
-He gave a sense of caring about the customer and was not in a hurry to rush off.
-We chose his company from the five companies that given proposals because of the initial visit and his follow-up.
-He continued to answer our questions and delivered several samples.
-We coordinated the installation with the removal of our solar panels.
-The solar company delayed the removal by a day and Drew was able to have the material drop delayed until later the same day.
-The roofing crew arrived the next day, which was cold and windy. Amalia, the crew chief, explained that due to the weather conditions and for the safety of his crew, the removal and install would take two days instead of one.
-They kept the area as clean as possible and when they finished they cleaned up everything, we have not seen any debris or nails left behind.
-Drew was in contact throughout the installation, either by text or coming by.
-They did an excellent job and we could not be more pleased with the whole experience.

I'd highly recommend Elliot Thompson of JA-Mar Roofing for any roof repair or replacement. We had a leak over our bathroom that our handyman could not figure out or fix. Drew at Ja-Mar Roofing was amazing throughout the entire process! We're so glad we were referred to this company, and that we were lucky enough to work someone who provided constant communication and genuinely wanted to make sure we were happy with the result. From the beginning, Drew was on top of it! He helped us decide between metal and shingle and provided us a quote for both, he suggested custom ways to tie in a low-pitched addition we have in the back, and he helped us narrow down shingle colors by showing us real-life examples. After playing the 'when is it going to rain' game, the day of install came, and the crew arrived early, worked hard, and installed a beautiful roof with a clean drip edge - all in one day. They made sure to put down tarps over the flower beds when taking down the old shingles, ran a magnet through the grass to collect run away nails, and left the property probably cleaner than it was when they arrived. I am not tell you not to use these guys, BUT, all I can say is that we are sorry Ja-Mar ever set foot on our property. so many issues, so many problems. Now our roof is leaking AGAIN, we brought an inspector out to see what we might do to fix the current problem since Ja-Mar takes days to show up when your roof leaks and destroys things inside your home. We were just told that the installation of the skylights was done incorrectly and will be noted on any inspection report done when we try to sell our house. You think we can get Ja-Mar to remedy the problem? All the warranty guy said he will do when he comes out over and over is put more roofing cement around the area. Who's gonna pay for this? Not I.

I had roof damage from a hail storm. Ja-Mar roofing came by, removed all the damaged roof and replaced it with a beautiful metal roof! They truely did a custom job with a professional crew that did a quick, acurate job that impressed the entire neighborhood. Very professional roofing company with a great work ethic! They just replaced my roof of our home in one day. They were on time and very professional and clean on all the roofing parts.
