We contracted JW Roofing for a $50,000 roofing job. We paid in full and didn't bother to negotiate. Five years after the job was done we had two attic rat infestations. Two beehives in the attic. We had two exterminators over and both strongly suggested we get in contact with the roofer who did the job and have him come back and patch about 8-9 holes. They both said that there were excessive entry points that should have been fixed when the roof was put on.
I called Jon , he came out and took a look at a hole over one of our eves and said"" That wasn't there when I was here, maybe a brick fell out. You should get up there and fix that."" He said he didn't see anything else. When I told him that two exterminators suggested I get in touch with the roofer he said "" I don't care what they think "".
I just thought you should know this before you contract with him. Be warned , once he has your money and he is finished, he is finished.

Using Jon was one of the best choices we ever made for any type work we have had done on our home. Getting a new roof is a major expense and you need to make sure it is done right. Jon and his crew were at our home each day they promised and got the job done on time. The attention to detail and workmanship was superb. He was also great at communicating along the way.
