J Saenz Roofing is my favorite roofing company in Bay Area. It's professional. Jesse is a nice guy I like to deal with him for several times. Last year I got his help in order to replace the tile roof of my 35-year old house in November. Totally it took about 10 working days to complete all for a 3100 ft2 single family home. It's amazing with 3Q (quality people, quality work, and quality company). We haven't gotten any water leaks from the roof for 4 months during this rainy season. In my opinion, if you have any roof problem, J Saenz Roofing could be trusted. I love Jesse....

Huge thank you to Jesse who came out to fix two roof leaks that I had during the last rainstorm. He was able to come out the next day after I called him, he showed up early, was quick in addressing the problem and even showed me how he did it (since I'm curious and like to learn things like that). We highly recommend Jesse. Our roof had a two leaks a couple of years ago. Jesse came right out the following day after we had phoned him and quickly found the source of the trouble spots. He completed the repairs and his price was very fair to say the least. With the current storm we just had we discovered another leak (different location), Jesse came out the day after we had phoned, inspected the area and noted that it was just a bit of debris that was caught in the roof tiles. He cleared the debris for us. Jesse did not charge us as he said there was no repair to be made. He is the only person we reach out to if we are in need of a repair to our roof.

Jessie responses in a timely manner to my interest. He had to reschedule the time to give me a free estimate, and arrived late. He explained his previous customers wanted to talk, so I am glad he takes the time with each customers needs. He showed up, gave me a quote in the next day or two and always answered my questions. He was able to find the exact skylight we had before at a great price, which included labor and his guy cane out within a few days later and installed it. They were quick, professional, and the price was right!

I highly recommend J Saenz Roofing. Jesse, the owner, and his team did a fantastic job. I highly recommend you let Jesse give you a roofing bid! Be prepared to wait for Jesse to actually get to your roofing project. His prices are very competitive and he has a significant backlog. In my opinion it is worth the wait.

Many of my neighbors recommended Jesse, so I decided to go with his company. He was very busy. While I was waiting for my new roof last year, one winter storm ripped off some decades old wood shakes, and the rain leaked through the ceiling into the closet! Fortunately Jesse was able to respond quickly. His crew patched up a few holes in the rain, and once the rain stopped, they installed a new roof . The installation process was quick and easy. They also replaced a few damaged sidings. He and his crew are great guys. The cost was super reasonable. All in all, I am a satisfied customer.
