Jesse is awesome. Extremely responsive and bailed me out of a big jam during recent storms. Pricing is superb as well. New roof looks great. He communicated everything well and staff was professional. Do your due diligence and get other quotes but my guess Jesse will ultimately be your man.

Jesse installed our roof last year. He was very prompt in providing an estimate, put us on his schedule in time for our solar installation with another company, and actually accommodated us two weeks before originally promised. The work was finished quickly, passed inspection and the pricing was better than a couple other quotes. Jesse has been doing this for a long time and I recommend hiring his team.

How delightful to have the response to my message returned in the same day, and have Jesse and his crew come the next morning to assess the roof leak!! My faith in human nature was renewed with this immediate, concerned response to the leak we had in our roof during the recent storms we have experienced. Jesse and two of his crew came out in the rain and immediately fixed the cracked tiles and had supplies on hand to repair a few other areas. After a good amount of raining, our ceiling started leaking water from a light fixture at 2am in the morning. I left messages at numerous place, but the first and only person to get back to me was Jesse.

He gave me a window and arrived on time and assessed the situation quickly and made the fixes on the spot.

When I asked how much for payment he said it was minor work and not to worry about it.

What a refreshing feeling when you don't feel like you're getting gouged or handled. Appreciate small businesses like this who still have integrity.

I know who I'll be reaching out to first when we replace our roof.

Jesse and his crew put our roof on in 2006. He used quality shingles and until this day we receive many compliments on our roof. We have had Jesse come out over the years for very minor issues that he easily remedied with vent adjustments and caulking around an existing skylight(s).

This review is to let the Yelp Community know my recent experience with Jesse. We had a very minor leak coming through our kitchen area during the last storms. I phoned Jesse and he stated he no longer came to this area and gave me a local roofer. My spouse reminded me that he had hired that local roofer to do work on his parent's home. It took almost 2 weeks for that person to come out and provide an estimate. The work this local roofer recommended did not make sense to me. Why? I knew Jesse did quality work and what this company was proposing made me question their tactics. I waited a few days and decided to call Jesse. I let him know if I could just get his opinion on this estimate. Without hesitation, Jesse offered to come to our home to look at our issue. Upon arrival I was quickly reminded why my husband and I like Jesse. He is very easy to talk to and you can tell he is very committed to his work and clients. Jesse hopped up on our roof, took pictures, fixed our skylight area and was on his way. Jesse explained with photos that there was nothing wrong with our shingles. All in tact. The vent the local roofer was proposing was not even necessary as Jesse had vent placements in already in those areas. The local roofer's estimate was a total fabrication. Jesse saved us from having unnecessary work done to our roof.

I cannot recommend a better individual. Jesse stands by his clients. He does not walk away when the job is done. He is an honest individual and we are so grateful he took the time to travel to our home and assess the ""non existent"" issue the local roofer was proposing.

J Saenz Roofing is great! During the first big storm we had last month I was working at home and much to my dismay I heard a steady and heavy drip. I quickly found it was coming from the corner of our skylight and dripping down the wall into a pool on the stairs. As you can imagine during the first big rain, roofing companies were receiving quite a few calls. I knew it would be difficult to get someone out here. I called a few roofing companies I was aware of and one company stated they were 2 weeks out and another very well known roofing company did not even have the courtesy to return my numerous phone calls. I recalled seeing J Saenz and Jesse on Next Door and looked on Next Door and was able to locate his information. All great reviews and recommendations so I gave him a call. Jesse responded quickly responding to my online request within a half hour via text. He did say he was very busy but would swing by. He tried to stop by that same afternoon but I missed his phone call. He texted me and said he would stop by the next day. He came by, diagnosed the problem and said he would have one his crew at our home the same day. Someone arrived a few hours later and made the repair. Fast forward to the next big windy storm and no leaks! We would definitely hire J Saenz again for any roofing needs and they will most likely be replacing our very old skylight this year. I highly recommend them.
