Last spring J&S Roofing upgraded my large and steep Spanish tile roof with new underlayment, valleys, flashing, dormer vents, etc. Angel Campos and his father, Serafin Campos, or their associate, Wilber, were on site daily to oversee the job. True professionals! For my next potential home, I'll be sure to have J&S inspect the roof before purchase.

Had my roof done by J & S Roofing and they did an amazing job. Very professional and fast (4 days). I found them through a contractor who was working on my house. They prepped the working areas with ram board and cleaned all the debris once the project was done. I didn't see any nails when they left.

Pricing is reasonable and they use high quality product (GAF for our project). Highly recommend!

Awesome Business....family owned and run. It has been tough to get anyone to come out and give a estimate for a reroof/ repair with all the rain this past season to look at my 2piece clay tile roof. I was told by many they could not come out for several weeks and could not start the job for 2-4 months. Angel came out 2 days after I called and I received a estimate within 3 days. He was very professional and recommended I replace the 1 section of my roof with the very small leak, saying that clay tile roofs should last a long time and if no other leaks are seen elsewhere to wait. I appreciated that very upfront answer versus trying to be upsold. Their pricing is very fair.
They started work on my roof 2 weeks later and completed the reroofing project in 3 days as promised. They cleaned up every day and I was excited that hardly any of the original tiles were broken during this process and could be reused. Angel even coordinated with the Solar Panel Company to have the panels removed and reinstalled in such a way that even they did not damage any clay tiles during the solar panel removal and reinstallation since a pathway was created for them to get to the panels. I would definitely use them again but hope it is not too soon! Don't waste your time calling other companies who were slow to respond since they are all so busy trying to catch up with their many roofing projects delayed by the many days of the rain this season.

Two stars is because I requested a quote on yelp. But no response from this company. Until I messaged to close the task. As I found someone to do it. Then I received the message, ""I'm booked at that time"". Hopefully I won't need a roof repair company in the future. But don't think I'd reach out to them.

Look no further if you need your roof done in the South Bay. Our aging home did not fare well in the heavy rain this past year, so we decided to look for local roofers. We're so glad to have found J & S Roofing. Serafin and Angel were a pleasure to work with as they made the process very simple for me and my family. They did a detailed initial inspection of our roof and the quote+detailed list of work items were ready for us shortly afterwards. We simply had to select the color of our shingles, agree on a date to start the work, and the rest is history! The crew worked quickly and were detail-oriented. Seraphin and Angel are very professional AND friendly as well as their staff. It was a pleasure to work with everyone. They answered every question and took care of any concerns I had. Got a roof inspection, nice people. Called 4 times for a follow up quote over course of 4 weeks. Each time someone was going to get back to me. Nothing at all. I am just sad.
