J & S Roofing did a great job with reroofing our 2-story home. After receiving several bids, we ultimately decided to go with them for several reasons. They are a local based company owned by a father/son (Serafin/Serafin Jr) duo and have been in the business for many years. We met Serafin Jr. for our intial quote. Serafin was very professional, friendly, and knowledgable, and even used a drone to show us our current outdated roof conditions. He was very prompt with delivering our quote. He was also quick and responsive in answering our questions; the bid was competitive. 2 of our neighbors happened to need a reroofing job as well. Serafin came out for inspection and gave everyone their respective quotes. We all individually decided to hire them for the job. The reroofing job at 3 neighbouring houses were completed so efficiently on the same days, ~3.5 days in all. They had different teams for the tear down, delivery of materials, and installation. We even had them replace our original skylights as well...so happy with the outcome! Serafin took care of all the permit process and inspection. It's great to see a company with good work ethics, knowledge, and professionalism. Highly recommended.

Serafin's inspection was very thorough. showed me picture's and explained why I need to replace my roof. He sent me a quote rhat was very reasonable. We have a Koi pond and Serafin was VERY protective of them, put up a canopy to keep them from harm.
Serafin and his team were very professional and arrived on time.(that's a big plus these days).His team left my place VERY clean. Never had that happen before, was awesome. Would use them again. Thank you Setafin and team. Best job ever.

J & S Roofing did a professional and thorough inspection of roof and did a very good job on repairing and replacing areas. We previously had a rooftop AC unit removed and J & S Roofing did a great job of repairing the area so that the area where the AC unit used to sit was aligned with the rest of the roof again. They replaced the rusted out sola tube and repaired the areas of the roof that got damaged by the recent heavy rains. They kept me updated on timelines and what needed to be repaired through text and email.

I would recommend this company and use them again when roof needs replacing or repairing. Thank you Serafin and team

Had minor leak around a vent pipe and called numerous roofers for roof maintenance. Some never returned call, some said they were too busy, one came out and looked at roof for estimate but never called back. J&S came out, walked the roof, and gave estimate for roof maintenance which consisted of caulking all vents, painting vents roof color, inspecting flashing around chimneys and caulking. Also included replacing broken tiles (clay tile roof). They also added some screws to skylight since it was a little loose. They came out within a week of my picking them, showed up promptly and went to work. Ended up replacing 4 tiles. Serafin was great to work with, did the estimate, and came out to check with me while his workers were doing the job to insure I was pleased. If I need roof repair again, I will definitely call them.

Easy and no hassle (seriously). Love these guys. They showed up at the scheduled time, hopped on my roof (even though I wasn't able to be there in person), emailed me a quote later, gave me a timeframe for a few weeks later and then knocked it out in 1 day. They provided drone footage and photos as progress updates throughout the day.

This is compared to every other contractor that requires ~2 hours of your time to make you sit through a presentation and various theatrics including the standard list of questions like ""what are you looking for in a contractor/ have you gotten other quotes/ where do they stand with respect to the other contractors/ trying to disrespect and put down any other contractors doing work on your house/ asking multiple times if I'm married and where the decision maker is"" -- let me tell you what a relief it was working with Serafin and his crew who were straightforward and polite.
