Our flat roof was leaking and we had our roof checked and the only roof issue we had was the flat roof. The pitched roof was in good shape.
We called around and most roofing companies would only replace the entire roof.
Juan from J Roofing came out and gave a good price to replace the flat roofs of the house. He explained issues he found. The A/C duct was not properly attached to the roof and there was issues with the joints. This was all a possible reason for the leak we were experiencing. He explained the materials to be used, life expectancy, and amount of time to complete the project.
The work was done quickly and professionally. Additional issues were found with the duct work and were explained and options given. They completed the work quickly and kept on schedule.
Juan came back out and inspected the work when it was completed.
