J Paul roofing worked with us relatively recently, they worked on our roof and did some interior work. While the roof was nice and well done, the interior work was not only sloppy, but unfinished. They left trash in our backyard and never came to collect it and screwed us over with the pricing and tried to solicit more money from us after we payed. The people working in this company are untrustworthy and are greedy and will take advantage of any customer they can. If you want to the quality of amateurs while paying double the price, J Paul roofing is the company for you.

J Paul Roofing came unsolicited to my front door and offered me a free inspection. When we were signing the contract, the representative told me that payment would be after the roof was placed but later they pressured me to pay my insurance ACV check up front before any services were provided. That was my first sign that all was not well with this company. Then I got sick with pneumonia and several of the representatives phone calls went unanswered due to my being ill. The final straw with this company was when they threatened me because we had signed a contract. I finally told them I was not interested in doing business with this company as the way they operate seems extremely shady to me. The company then proceeded to invoice me not only for the free inspection but also for inflated hours of service and meetings that did not occur. To top it off, they then added 20% charge to the invoiced price and charged me that as well. They just threatened me with legal action for the invoice they billed me for the services that never occurred or were offered to me prior to any contract that was signed. I DO NOT recommend this company, there is something wrong in the way they treat people and I truly believe they are scamming people and then billing and hoping they get paid for services they never even provided.

J Paul Roofing recently finished replacing my roof in Allen, TX. I can not tell you how happy I am with the result. The professionalism with the entire team, from my project manager Karan Aulakh to the Field Trainer Rene Leon and the production manager was excellent. Karan stayed on top of my insurance company to make sure everything that was damaged was replaced. He was great at letting me know the status of the replacement. Once the job was scheduled everything went smoothly until it was finished. Took one day to install my roof and clean up the old material. Thank you for putting back my faith in customer service!
