Highest recommendation for J&M Roofing! They helped us through process of evaluating wind damage following significant storm. We found cedar shake pieces in yard during spring clean up. Concerned, asked J&M for roof evaluation. Lee McClung came out, assisted by a drone evaluation, was suspicious of possible wind damage, educated us about insurance process. Home insurance confirmed damage, covering full roof claim/replacement; we upgrade to a metal roof. J&M Roofing was very professional. Lee was knowledgeable and communicative. J and M Roofing just replaced my roof after I had hail and wind damage. They did an incredible job and handled everything from inspecting, making a claim, meeting with your adjuster; they did it all and made it so easy and pain-free. They are incredible contractors and are very honest and professional. I can not say enough, and if I had to, I would use them again in a heartbeat Robbie, and the guys are quick to answer, and questions and do exactly what they say they'll do. They're awesome!!!!

I had my roof replaced 2 weeks ago! The process was simple and painless. Nick, was on point with his knowledge he delivered verbatim everything as promised. They were in and out in 1 day! I love my new roof. My upstairs is much cooler now. I highly recommend J & M roofing.

J&M Roofing recently replaced the roof on my home. They came in and quoted a replacement of the current roof, but when they performed the job, shortcuts were taken. Instead of sending rain water over the top of the shingles, the shortcut taken funnels the water under the shingles covering the screened in porch. This water runs through the roof and dumps onto the ceiling of the porch and then drops all over the porch. This has completely ruined the beadboard ceiling of the porch, as well as the two ceiling fans.

When I brought this to the attention of J&M, they sent out someone to see the issue. I showed them the damage and the shortcut that was taken, and he acted incredulous that the work was done in this way, completely admitted fault of the installation, and said something like ""some people just don't have any common sense"". However, they then sent out another crew a few days later who denied any fault and refused to do anything to make the situation right. Since then I have been meet with over a month of being put off and not being dealt with in good faith, with continued refusal not only to repair the damage caused by the poor shortcut choices, but also refusal to fix the issue causing the water intrusion resulting from their shortcut.

The ""reason for being"" of a roof is to keep water out of the dry spaces of a house. I cannot understand how someone can build a roof that instead, funnels water into the dry spaces, and then claim that they have performed their contracted duty.

In addition to these core issues, there were contracted items that were never completed such as replacement of copper caps on the front of the house. Also, I have had to replace one tire and repair another from the lack of cleanup of roofing nails that I am still finding all around the house.

Nothing but good to say about this company. A real person answers the phone. They have been prompt and efficient with two inspections I have needed and the roof has no leaks in spite of ridiculous local rainfall.
