They just put a metal roof on our house and did an awesome job. From Dave Ward to the installers we had a flawless job that was completed in 1 day. The price was great and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have your roof replaced. Thanks for the great job guys.

We are so very disappointed with the services of This roofing company . They promised to handle all the billing and take care of everything with our insurance company and they did not instead we have gotten very unprofessional threatening voice mails from this company . Please do not have your roof done by this company you will be very disappointed I would give them 0 stars but to write this I had to at least put one star . Trust your home with more professional company this is not that company . Also the sales lady jackie is very rude she hung up on us when we tried calling to see if insurance released the money . You may contact me I can give way more details but I would never recommend H&M's to anyone . Dave and jackie lied from the very beginning and won't step in to help . Sad part we are headed into hurricane season and if there this horrible to deal with god help us with the 50 year warranty we paid extra for .

We are extremely disappointed with the service from this company. We were provided inaccurate information from their field rep about how to match a color we were interested in after he had advised us to walk the neighborhood and let him know what color we liked so that he could tell us the color to match it. The name of the color he gave us does not match in the slightest. The color we wanted was a deep, dark, brown, we ended up with a bright, orange looking brown.... this does not at all match our home and is a complete eyesore. We brought this to their attention and was told that the project manager as well as district manager would be in touch with us. We met with the project manager to discuss the issue and also pointed out all of the damage that occurred by their contractors during the installation process. We had damage to our stucco, window screen was torn, as well as trim was damaged. We were promised this would be corrected right away and that the district manager would be in touch regarding the color. A week a later 3 of the 4 areas of stucco were repaired but 1 spot still remained untouched. We continued to wait to hear from anyone and also to have the rest of the damage fixed. After 2 months of waiting I emailed them to bring to their attention we were still waiting on a response as well as damage to be fixed. Within 2 days of sending the email someone showed up at our house to fix some things. The person who showed up had no idea we still had stucco damage or a damaged screen. Finally the following week I hear from the district manager who asked why we sent the repair guy away. I informed him that we have had no communication from anyone, that the person who was sent out had no knowledge of what really needed to be done and that he said if we were hoping to have the color changed then he shouldn't be working on the roof. The district manager tried to tell me he has spoke with us numerous times (this was my first time we have ever spoke after 2 months of waiting) and that the color would not be changed. He said we would have to go to court and then hung up on me. I have never seen such a lack of professionalism, lack of communication, lack of care for someone's home, and such a total disregard for customer service from a company in my life.
