Jim Waller and his crew just finished a full roof replacement on our home and we couldn't be happier! Jim is the best Contractor we have ever worked with! We would give him more than 5-stars if possible and would absolutely recommend him! He was great at explaining everything the job entailed and recommending some things we never thought of. Every day his crew showed up, worked hard and cleaned up the area at the end of the day. Every day Jim let us know how the job was progressing and what work would be happening that day. At the end of the project, the City inspector was as impressed with the workmanship as we were. If you need to have your roof replaced, use JL Waller Roofing. You won't regret it!

It's very rare these days that we feel confident hiring, let alone referring, a contractor. Unanswered phone inquiries, missed appointments, and vague pricing are unfortunately the norm, it seems.

It is a privilege to highly recommend someone who is the exception. Jim Waller, owner of JL Waller Roofing Company and his crew of workers provide a level of competency and professionalism that impressed us 100%. Even more importantly to us was how Jim communicated prior to and then daily throughout the re-roofing process. All of our questions and concerns were patiently answered. Jim also arranges all the extras; from city permits, to dumpsters, to all the paint, tile, vents and skylights.

Of note as well is that Jim's crew has been with him over 5 years. They are extremely competent and were extremely respectful to us. When wind came up during the initial demolition, sending dirt and old paper everywhere, they went next door and cleaned up our neighbor's yard!

We should note that Jim Waller Roofing is booked about 2 months out. That's how much in demand he and his crew are. But when you make that first call to Jim, the message on his voice mail lets you know that, and he says he will get back to you. He will! Jim is honest, upfront, reasonably priced, and worth waiting for. You won't regret choosing Waller Roofing!

BY FAR THE BEST ROOFING COMPANY IN SOCAL! jim and his team provided impeccable service at scale for our new home purchase back in 2022 (~2300 sqft foot home). We had quotes from many companies but Jim was also attentive, proactive in providing a competitive price which we loved, and an efficient timeline to completion. His teams work ahead of the atmospheric rain we had in fall of 2023 prevented any possible damages with a concrete tile roof/ new flashing and even new boarding for damaged areas. On top of that this month we had an incident where raccoons had made there way into our attic thru a weakened area (not his teams fault) Jim was kind enough to come back (a year later) and patch the area with others at no charge. I cannot recommend JL Waller Roofing enough. Best team with the best value in the Area.

it's been several years since Jim Waller has done work on my house, and I have to say after all this rain that we've had here in California I am truly grateful for the work he did, and all the service he did afterwards to make sure I was more than satisfied. super easy to talk to talk to and professional to work with. and all-around good guy consider yourself lucky to have them work on your roof.

I called Waller Roofing because some roofing tiles fell off and cracked/smashed other tiles on my roof. It looked and sounded expensive, when those tiles came crashing down! Mr. Waller came out, and gave a logical diagnosis of what might be wrong under the broken/smashed tiles, a timeline of how long it would take to get the job done AND when he would be available to do the job, a clear price range, from low to high, in his quote.
Mr. Waller not only communicated that he could start early, (EFFECTIVE) he also explained that the damage, under the broken/smashed tiles was not extensive (INTEGRITY), and his price came in at the very bottom of his quote range (HONESTY). These are qualities I look for when I invite someone to work on/in my home. GREAT!
