I was wanting to fix our leaking roof of our church and residence from several years ago. I asked a couple companies back then and they quoted the job will be around $25k to $30k, which was way beyond what I could afford. Thankfully through connections, I received recommendations to a few other reputable companies. One of them was J&K Roofing Company. Received estimates from three companies just to compare. J&K fit my budget frame. I was told that it would take a couple days more than other companies because they use less staff, but that their work quality is the same great quality as others. We were in no rush, so I totally didn't mind a few extra days to complete the work. These guys came from the crack of dawn toiling in the hot sun. At the end of the day they were drenched in sweat. They worked sooo hard, I was in awe. A lot of residents don't get to witness their work load from beginning to end because they are at work, but thankfully I happened to be off on the days they worked on our roof, so I got to see what they do from beginning to end. They replaced the rotted wood and scrapped off all the layers of shingles off the roof and replaced it with beautiful new shingles. At the end of each day, they clean up nicely and made sure to pick up any stray nails from the driveway and throughout the yard with a magnet sweeper. On completion of the job, I looked at our church and residence from a distance with the cloudless sky in the background, and my heart was filled with joy and gratitude of how beautiful our church looked as compared to how it used to look. I didn't realize how much of a difference it'd make. Hands down to this company. They did an outstanding job. Like I mentioned earlier, if you don't mind the few extra days they need to reroof your house, this is a company I totally recommend. Very reasonable price. Honest and neat work.

We were referred to J & K Roofing by a friend. Nino came out the same day we called to provide an estimate for a hood vent replacement and rain gutter fabrication and installation. The prices were reasonable and we scheduled the work for later that same week. The crew showed up on time and completed the job on schedule. We are very pleased with the quality of the finished work.

J&K Roofing provided excellent service. The price was VERY Reasonable compared to other roofing companies. Nino (Owner) was very helpful and provided an explanation of what was going to be done and what the time table would be. If you are going to re-roof your home, I would definitely give him a call for a quote.

J & K Roofing just completed re-roofing my home. They also re-roofed my mom's home about 2-3 years ago.

The job was as perfect as could be expected. The only flaw, if considered a flaw, is that they did not clean up 100% (only about 99.9%) . This is expected as some of the pieces of the roof were in small pieces and so they could not be expected to pick up every little bit of rubbish.

They really look out for your best interest as exemplified by one of the major adjustments they had made while in the middle of the job . The supplier of the shingles had given us some old inventoried items as evidenced by the shingles being stuck together. The roofer had the supplier exchange the old shingles for a newer supply.

This company also replaced a fascia board and some of the trimmings which had signs of water rot, a condition which the owner placed in the contract as part of his service with no additional costs.

Overall, they did an excellent job with a slight delay that was caused by an unanticipated cloud burst.

The cost was very reasonable. I had requested a quote from another company and they did not submit a proposal - guess they had too many jobs to do. J & K Roofing (owner is Nino) fit my job into a mutually agreed upon timetable.

I recommend to everyone to contact Nino for at least a proposal. As far as the workmanship, I am not disappointed and would believe that whoever hires J & K Roofing would not be disappointed too.
