I just had my roof replaced by J & K Roofing. They were very professional and accommodating. The whole process was quicker than expected and took only about one month to complete (removal of old roof and full installation of new new roof). I received five estimates for my roof (all companies with good reviews) and J & K was the lowest. The lowest price wasn't as important to us as was responsiveness -- this the main reason we decided to go with J & K Roofing. They impressed us with their quick response times and they were very accommodating. Rodolfo provided us an estimate on a Saturday and we received extremely quick responses via email answering all of our questions. The roof team was respectful and cleaned up each day. The roof looks great and I am very happy with their work!

I couldn't be happier with the responsiveness, service and HONESTY I received from J & K roofing. Other roofers who evaluated our problem weren't interested in doing a small repair -- they wanted to upsell us on a whole new roof. But after inspecting the leak area, Mike from J & K said a repair was all that was needed. I called to request an estimate on a Wednesday, Mike was here Thursday morning, and by Friday, his 3-man crew -- headed by Chris -- was at our house as promised, and completed the repair in just 3.5 hours. Chris inspected the entire roof while he was here and gave me an assessment on the life of my roof. I will know if the repair solved the problem the next time it rains, but there is a one year warranty on their work, which gives me peace of mind. When the time comes to re-roof, I will definitely call J & K.

J & K roofing. Where to begin. Over a course of 2 years had the same leak in the master bathroom. Every year they have to come out and ""repair"" the same leak. Last time it was repaired was 2/27/16. With all this rain we have been getting it's leaking again. I called them to tell them that we continue to have a leak in the same area. They don't guarantee their work!!

Roof replacement nightmare. Apparently the employees feel it is necessary to throw everything around on roof. Therefore, every five second it sounds like A bomb exploding and the entire house shakes and pieces of the ceiling falls down. There are cracks in ceiling and walls, tar spilled in several places on my paver driveway, front yard is destroyed as well as lawn sprinklers. Sloppy, inconsiderate and rude. Trailer of burning tar parked close to house and entire house filled with noxious fumes even tough windows and doors closed. Supervisor slept in his truck ALL day. Loud music blasting on roof from dawn to after dark. Tile underlayment left uncovered in yard overnight, although it says in huge letters to KEEP DRY. Phone calls numerous times before 7 AM. They just show up at various times without notice. I would not recommend or ever use again..

I highly recommend J and K Roofing. Excellent company, very professional. Salesman Sammy very knowledgeable, the price he gave was fair and I was very satisfied with the work. The roof is a very important part of your house, and knowing that it was taken care of the right way is very comforting.

I called and spoke to Don, told him there was a leak in the roof that was going into our attic, could someone please come and give an estimate. He said fine, we set an appointment for today at 3. I called this morning just to say that the access area was through a small trapdoor in our ceiling (to get into the attic) - so that whoever comes out should be able to get up in there (i.e. if they have someone smallish, as it is difficult and tight). He said nobody will do that, they won't go into the attic, they just come to the house to do the estimate. I said yes but if you don't get up INTO the attic to see the leak, or see where the wood is rotting, how will you know what is wrong? How much damage there is? What needs to be done? HOw can you estimate without seeing it? He said THEY'VE BEEN DOING THIS FOR 40 YEARS, THEY KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING. I explained again yes, but if you can't see the leak or the damage, how can you give an estimate? Again, I was told this is how they do it, they've done it for 40 years. I said no thanks, please cancel the appointment. He was not very pleasant - if he's the owner, then I pity the people working for him - and seriously HOW can you give an estimate on a job if you can't see what's wrong? It's like taking my car to the mechanic, and saying ""there's something wrong with my engine"", and they just look at my car from a distance, and give me an estimate - WITHOUT opening up the hood or even starting the car!!!! Does Don think they'll just come, stand on the outside of the house and look upwards and make a guess? How can they possibly KNOW what's going on in the attic or how bad the leak is? VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.;

Do not use J&K Roofing. I made an appointment and they were a no show. I called and spoke to Don. I mentioned I had an appointment that was made at their convenience and my convenience. Don became defensive, rude. Don did not care that I had taken time out of my day and was waiting on them. Don then hung up on me. I called him back and immediately began screaming at me at the top of his lungs and cursing at me and threatening me. Don called me a f-ing asshole and a pussy. Don told me to come by his shop and he would take care me. Don then told me he had a good attorney. Don could not take responsibility for his own negligence in this matter instead immediately lost control and became hostile.

Obviously, this is a company that should not be doing business. I warned you.
