John Glass has a staff that is professional and efficient. We have found them to be honest and thorough. We have used them for 16 years to inspect and repair any areas fatigued from the high winds on our area.

J&J did a great job on my roof replacement. No fuss, answered my questions and as scheduled. I feel I got a great value for the workmanship, professionalism and friendliness I got for using them. They handled a sudden issue with their suppliers well and I have no reservations recommending J&J to friends and family who need roof work. I didn't get around to replacing the roof before the rainy season, so I expected the wait. It's a huge relief though not to worry about leaks whenever it rains.

As an update I have them inspect our roof every year and they are not in a rush to do unneeded work. let us know in advance when things need to be replaced, do minor repairs when do inspection, etc. Class act. compared to most roofing companies they seem fair, trustworthy and honest

Do not recommend using their services at all.
Terrible and they don't take responsibility for their work.
Doesn't even look like they have knowledge in the roofing.
They connected my AC unit pipe angle wrong and caused a leak.
They denied it was their mistake but after I had to call a AC expert to check and confirm it was J&J's mistake and they agreed.

roofing contractor had sealed, hot moped and roofed-in homeowners Gas/ Electric Rooftop Package Unit to its platform, completely against all building safety codes. This cased the unit to be unserviceable and unsafe to use Gas flex line sealed to roof, can cause fire. Unit not serviceable. Broken condensate pipe not able to be repaired due to roofing material.

I don't understand why you say we had damage.
Only the first building had the issue with the first roofer and they didn't even touch my unit side of the building.
I believe you guys already know what you guys did wrong and it shows on the comment from the new roofer i hired.
You guys also over sealed the AC and came back later (more then 6 month) to bring it down but already damaged a lot of AC unit's.
Also 3 experts come up and checked, they all said the same thing that the roofing you guys did was done improperly.
Any one will be able to tell how you guys work just looking at the 2 photo's.

This is an awesome company. We used them back in 2011 to repair a significant part of our tile roof. Many companies suggested that we replace our original tile, but Mike said there was no reason to undertake a brand new roof (at a hefty price). He even told us that we could hold off on a small portion of the roof if we wanted to as it would hold up for another 5+ years and here we are 6 years later needing to replace that smaller portion...just as he said! Mike not only gave a truly reasonable estimate, but was also extremely knowledgeable and honest. Direct. Clear. No hidden agendas. We are huge fans of J & J Roofing!

They came highly recommended. They inspected the roof promptly after they had a cancellation the following day. I requested a quote and followed up but never heard back. I know they're busy but they didn't follow through after repeatedly saying they would.

Edited on June 1, 2017: J and J contacted me and apologized for not getting back sooner. Submitted a proposal and did the work cheaper and faster than another company had quoted. I would go back to them after all.

Terrible and slow. Not responsive, do not recc. using their services. Took forever to get a response and estimates.
