My roof was starting to leak and was going to wait for spring but with the recent dry weather, I started the process of quoting. Jorge Gaspar was highly recommended by a few folks in my city so I asked him to quote. Jorge was professional and showed up on time for the appointment. We chatted about roofs and venting and he says he prefers to do a roof vent along with some O'Hagin vents to give my home the proper ventilation. I have a detached garage and he recommended the same thing just in case I wanted to convert to an ADU. Work started on a Tuesday and ended on Saturday AM. Debris was cleaned up daily and you wouldn't know the roof was being replaced because the yards (front and back) were spotless. Permitting was seamless. Jorge knows roofing and the difference between Title 24 and Title 31 and recommended the best shingle for my home. His pricing was very fair. I got 3 quotes and I decided on Jorge because of his expertise and knowledge and felt that he'd do a great job. Jorge was there daily working alongside his guys and making sure the job was done right. He replaced some damaged wood and painted my existing roof vent pipes to match the tile. Workmanship was top notch and I'd recommend you have him quote your next roof and pick his brain with questions.

His pricing for the job was very fair and he stuck to the pricing with no backdoor surprises. He and his team were always timely. They were careful with the property and cleaned up everyday at completion. They were extremely fast completing the job from start to finish in two working days.
