Very poor customer service. Never returns phone calls or texts and finally makes an appointment and never shows up. Then does not return follow-up calls. Who needs this aggravation.

We recently bought a home with ceramic tile roofing that was in very good shape but after a termite fumigation that required workers to walk all over the roof, we were suddenly left with more than 50 tiles badly broken with a major storm on the way. Called Jose, who came at the recommendation of our home inspector when we purchased our home, and though he was a little hard to pin down and a little slow to get us a summary of the work/estimate, he managed to squeeze us into his very busy schedule and get our tiles replaced right before a big SoCal storm. His team was great and his price very competitive; I was expecting to pay a whole lot more given the quick turnaround, and the job. Have already recommended him to a couple of neighbors who saw them working on our roof and will be turning back to them for any roof-related future repairs.

José did three roofs for me. He did a very good job. He's very friendly. He is hard to get a hold of but he dose great work. His pricing is very fair. If you have patience, he is a good roofer good contractors are busy. So be understanding.

I feel bad leaving a one star review but this company deserves it. These jokers set up three appointments to come to my house for an inspection / repair and rescheduled two of them. Never showed up for the third, and stopped responding to text messages and did not return my phone calls asking when they planned to show up. My suspicion is that they want re-roof jobs not repair jobs, but why not just say it instead of wasting my time? Completely unprofessional and definitely not cool. Don't waste your time, I already wasted mine for you --

Outstanding roofers. Quality workmanship, surprisingly low prices. J. E. Roofing gave me a completely new roof 12 years ago, and it has not leaked once. I have recommended them to friends, one in the construction business, and without exception, they have all praised this roofer's fine work.

Chrystal, in the office, is courteous, efficient, and provides excellent communication. Jose, the owner, is a true professional, highly skilled, and a pleasure to do business with.

Don't hesitate. These guys are always busy.

Jose did a good job, but never returned to do clean-up. We have called and left numerous messages and they have never returned our call. I once got through calling on another number; they said they would arrange a time to come by. Then nothing. And now they ignore that number too. If you hire these guys, make sure all the work is done before you pay.

These guys damaged my ceiling doing work for me and left the damage. I didn't notice the damage until after they left and I had paid them. I called multiple times and left messages and received no return call. The astonishing thing is, I didn't mention the reason for my call. So, for all they knew, I was calling to give them another job! I cannot explain this apparent indifference to customers. I would not hire them again.
