My motivation to start this business stemmed from witnessing the need for quality home repairs and the way some people were treated. I have a special place in my heart for senior citizens; my parents worked hard to provide us with a good home. Now, I aim to ensure everyone feels at ease in their homes, and I strive to keep it affordable. As I launched this business, many wondered what took me so long. Once you establish trust with someone, it’s vital to safeguard that connection. If you compromise that trust, regaining it can be difficult. I tell my staff to regard each customer's home as their own. If I enter a client's home and see something amiss, I will fix it; that’s my responsibility as the owner.
