I had my roof done last month, and without the help of the lady here, I would have been lost. The office staff is so so helpful and courteous. And when the roofers came out, they were efficient, and another man came out after the roof was done and went over my whole yard with a magnet to get anything dropped and went up on the roof to make sure it was done properly. Their customer service and product is absolutely outstanding and I will recommend them to anyone who needs quality service and work.

I called. I found the experience awful. First, the lady was skeptical about why I was calling versus the hoa. The skepticism remained during the call. Then she needed to know the hoa company that I gave her and the hoa company's address. I have called a lot of repair people. They have all needed just the address of the building to give an estimate.

Why waste my time to look up extra information well before you have the job.

I spoke w Christina the office manager who told me that J-Conn cannot get a salesperson over to write an estimate for roof repair for get this 10 weeks.

Ten weeks to just come write an estimate. That's not 10 weeks until they can start the job. That's 10 weeks to send somebody out to do an estimate.

The whole team at J-Conn was great! We had our roof replaced a few months ago and they did a fantastic job. After each step Jon followed up and really made us feel important. The roof looks so nice and we ""roof-shamed"" the whole cul-de-sac into getting new roofs! Would recommend them to everyone.

We recently used J-Conn Roofing to replace our old roof. We had an excellent experience from start to finish. Erin helped up pick shingles at the office and explained all the paperwork and kept us up to date on schedules. We meet Jon Conner (owner) in office as well which gave us confidence in hiring them. The crew were all very nice and polite and worked hard to get the job done quickly. They were able to avoid ruining my landscaping (my biggest worry) and cleaned up really well when they finished. We are very happy with our new roof and think it looks great!!!!

I seldom write reviews, though now I shall start.

I need an attic fan installed soon for a pending whole house fan install. Ultimately, I also need a few other things to be done on the roof. I called to get a general quote on the solar fan install, but apparently I have to have someone come out to see it. Okay, fine. However, the receptionist was so very rude that I gave up. Now, reading the reviews, it seems that getting the service s/u seems to be only half the battle. Also, unless I have a general quote of the services to be provided, I don't want some random person walking on my roof. So, thank you rude receptionist, I'll look elsewhere.
