I had a tech come out for a quote. He was the 3rd guy to take a look at my minor repair and check out my roof. Afterwards he told me that my chimney cap was damaged and also needed repair and referred me to another man. Well...my chimney never leaked before his visit but it is sure leaking now. Funny how that happens...
It's raining hard now so I can't get up there and check it out...but tomorrow.
What a crook to come and break my home to make business for his buddy. I'm so furious.

I laughed....Seriously. I have one shingle that is out of place and the minimum is $500 in repairs. Companies like this are why we have so many illegal immigrants coming in to work.

I called J-CON for an estimate to have my hail damaged roof replaced on about May 1st,2015. I was told they were busy, and that they would send someone out on May 26th. I also called 4 other local companies for quotes on the same day. The other 4 companies all came out within a few days and I received very detailed explanations of the damage and what needed to be replaced. I still wanted to wait for the quote from J-CON as I knew they have been in Austin a long time.
I stayed around the house on the 26th as I was anxious to get the final bid and make my decision who to award the job to.
No one showed up from J-CON on the 26th as promised. I waited an additional week then called them on June 3rd to see if possibly that had come out on a different day and maybe had a bid in the works for me.
A female who answered and was very short and snippy advised me that they had not come out to estimate my repair as they were behind because of the rain.
Excuse me ? Is this not a roofing company ? When I explained to her that 4 other companies had managed to make it out she got even ruder and asked me if I had received a check already from the insurance company. I informed her that this was no concern of hers and she advised that they no longer wished to provide me with an estimate.
I was so angry that this worthless company had wasted several weeks of my time I decided to write this review on Yelp. I wish I had come here sooner. Now that I see all of these 1 star reviews I am so glad I did not have anybody from this company come onto my property. I am sure I would have regretted it.

They are too busy for you. Rude customer service that can't be bothered with scheduling in the future. I have never be treated with such disregard. They don't need your business so unless you wanted to be treated like it's a privilege to speak with them, call someone who would like your business.

Prompt quote for a roof repair. Reasonable price. The crew was here about 2 hours late (rain did not help), but they did a terrific job and finished quickly. Cleaned up so no nails left on driveway, either. Friendly guys.

I'm not sure about the repair since I haven't gone up on the roof but ouch! watch out for the woman answering the phone! I called to find out if the repair had taken place since the repair crew left no card/bill/etc to indicate that they had been there. I got an earful for sure! When I called originally, the woman was extremely nice on the phone so maybe she was just having a bad day...

I had my roof repaired 6 months ago for $1345. After the repair, there was copious amounts of debris left in my yard. First big rain, the roof leaked again. I had another company come out and the J Conn installation was deemed inadequate. The J Conn warranty is only good for 90 days, so no help there. Stay away from this company. They have no clue what they are doing!

Twice I have used J-Conn for work on my older roof. The first time was a more difficult repair and they nailed it perfectly. They fixed a leak no one else could find. The second time was an easier job, but a more difficult situation as the house was under contract and again they did exceptional work. I'd recommend them if you need a good solid company to work on your roof. Good workmanship and a very good company to deal with. Thanks guys.....

J-Conn has performed 2 roof repairs on my home, in both cases they were prompt to come on site and provided an estimate. And in both cases they completed the work to my satisfaction. My complaint is today less than 10 days from receiving the mailed invoice they called and said they would be turning my account over to collections. I would have been more than happy to pay the day work was completed, but they didn't ask. I'll be mailing the check tonight, but probably will take my business elsewhere in the future.

J-Conn fixed a leaky roof. Great customer service, professional repairmen. They showed up on time, did excellent work and stayed to the estimate price. I highly recommend them.
