The whole team at J-Conn was great! We had our roof replaced a few months ago and they did a fantastic job. After each step Jon followed up and really made us feel important. The roof looks so nice and we ""roof-shamed"" the whole cul-de-sac into getting new roofs! Would recommend them to everyone.

We recently used J-Conn Roofing to replace our old roof. We had an excellent experience from start to finish. Erin helped up pick shingles at the office and explained all the paperwork and kept us up to date on schedules. We meet Jon Conner (owner) in office as well which gave us confidence in hiring them. The crew were all very nice and polite and worked hard to get the job done quickly. They were able to avoid ruining my landscaping (my biggest worry) and cleaned up really well when they finished. We are very happy with our new roof and think it looks great!!!!

I seldom write reviews, though now I shall start.

I need an attic fan installed soon for a pending whole house fan install. Ultimately, I also need a few other things to be done on the roof. I called to get a general quote on the solar fan install, but apparently I have to have someone come out to see it. Okay, fine. However, the receptionist was so very rude that I gave up. Now, reading the reviews, it seems that getting the service s/u seems to be only half the battle. Also, unless I have a general quote of the services to be provided, I don't want some random person walking on my roof. So, thank you rude receptionist, I'll look elsewhere.

I have been doing business with this company for over 15 years as a property manager. During that time J-Conn replaced or repaired the roof on hundreds houses placed in my care. At no time did I ever have to get them back out to repair anything. This was such peace-of-mind since a poorly installed roof can cause thousands of dollars in damage in a very short time. I knew if J-Conn installed the roof, I would not be faced with leaks around chimneys, vents, peaks or valleys, and all the debris including stray nails would be removed. I never experienced delays in receiving estimates or scheduling repairs and cannot imagine that the good folks at J-Conn even know how to be unresponsive or rude. I now need some vents installed on my own home. There is no one I trust more to do it than J-Conn. Take it from an very seasoned property manager, you get what you pay for with roofers. You can always find someone cheaper, but when you need to fix that leak from your poorly installed roof you will likely find your roofer is no longer in business. J-Conn has been in business for a long time because they are honest dependable and do really good work.

About 3 months ago I heard their advertisement on KLBJ and sent them a request for quote through their website. A few days went by without hear from them so I followed up by phone. I spoke with a woman who apparently fields these types of calls; she found my correspondence and said that an estimator would contact me to set up an appointment in about 2 weeks, that around 10 weeks ago. I didn't bother calling them back.
Our need was for a simple repair, probably less than $500.

Silly me.... they were referred to me so I didn't check online for reviews or I would have never called them, much less waited weeks for an appointment. After waiting weeks, Patrick (a nice man), inspected the job and another week goes by and no quote so I called .... talked to John (owner) .... kind of like I was bothering him. His quote was $19 / square foot for a simple modified bitumen job. I'm not a roofer but I'm not nuts ... like that number is. What a waste of time.

J-Conn again did great work for me this week when a big limb fell and punctured a hole in my roof. They put the roof on in 2014 and today came right away to fix it. Even granted me a senior discount.

I recommend them.
