Prompt quote for a roof repair. Reasonable price. The crew was here about 2 hours late (rain did not help), but they did a terrific job and finished quickly. Cleaned up so no nails left on driveway, either. Friendly guys.

I'm not sure about the repair since I haven't gone up on the roof but ouch! watch out for the woman answering the phone! I called to find out if the repair had taken place since the repair crew left no card/bill/etc to indicate that they had been there. I got an earful for sure! When I called originally, the woman was extremely nice on the phone so maybe she was just having a bad day...

I had my roof repaired 6 months ago for $1345. After the repair, there was copious amounts of debris left in my yard. First big rain, the roof leaked again. I had another company come out and the J Conn installation was deemed inadequate. The J Conn warranty is only good for 90 days, so no help there. Stay away from this company. They have no clue what they are doing!

Twice I have used J-Conn for work on my older roof. The first time was a more difficult repair and they nailed it perfectly. They fixed a leak no one else could find. The second time was an easier job, but a more difficult situation as the house was under contract and again they did exceptional work. I'd recommend them if you need a good solid company to work on your roof. Good workmanship and a very good company to deal with. Thanks guys.....

J-Conn has performed 2 roof repairs on my home, in both cases they were prompt to come on site and provided an estimate. And in both cases they completed the work to my satisfaction. My complaint is today less than 10 days from receiving the mailed invoice they called and said they would be turning my account over to collections. I would have been more than happy to pay the day work was completed, but they didn't ask. I'll be mailing the check tonight, but probably will take my business elsewhere in the future.

I called J-Conn Roofing after finding their web sight on the internet. The page said they serve Austin and surrounding area. I called and set up an appointment for an estimate. The day of the appointment, they called and said that they don't service Georgetown. THe person on the phone blamed a coworker, for not knowing that they don't actually service the surrounding area. Bad business practice. I will take my 8,000 dollars for my new roof to another company.

I feel very motivated and pleased to offer a review on a truly incredible contracting experience and project with J-Conn Roofing and Repair Service. The entire J-Conn team were experienced, timely, accurate in their assessments, and very professional in their scoping and bidding on the job. The most important part of any contracting job, in my opinion, is EXECUTION of the stated goals and objectives. The J-Conn team went above and beyond in every area and performed the project with excellent precision. Even when we added an a few changes to the project midstream, J-Conn's team responded in a timely manner, made the requested changes, and still ""over-performed"" for my project.

Their experience in ""Flat Roof/Modified Bitumen"" design is ""state of the art"" & they are probably the most experienced company in Central Texas using this design after doing my research. In a time when ""Say what you are going to do"" & ""Do what you say"" are more important than ever, J-Conn (and their project partners, whether it be wood replacement, painting, etc.) performed for me in an exemplary way and I can not recommend J-Conn and their team highly enough... If you want it done RIGHT the first time, call J-Conn Roofing and let them work their magic....

I have had JConn install two roofs for me over the last couple of years, one for my home and one for my rental home. They do an absolutely stellar job, and I'd highly recommend them. I was referred to them by a close friend of mine who is a commercial roofer, and he was spot on with the referral.

Erin helped out with all the scheduling and is incredibly friendly and helpful in walking you through the process from the adjustment, to scheduling the install and following up.

Pat did the adjustments on both houses and provided a very detailed report on what needed to be repaired and what it would cost. The rental house was a standard install, but my main house had a leak near the fascia. They worked with me to get a custom drip edge flashing to cover gaps that existed from the original roof. They knew exactly what to do, and I haven't had an issue with leaks or water damage ever since.

The crew finished my jobs in a single day, and were clean and respectful of the property. They didn't leave any trash, roofing debris or materials behind when they were done. And the roofs themselves look really awesome (they have tons of great shingle options).

The whole staff is helpful and knowledgable. They have an office in South Austin that you can visit to look at shingle options in person. I also met Jon Conner while I was there. He even took the time to discuss and answer all my questions on the leaks and flashing.

To comment on the one-star reviews, anyone should be weary of a business like this that quotes over the phone without seeing the job site, so I would actually consider this a positive thing. The report that they generate after coming out explains everything, and if it doesn't someone will absolutely take the time to talk to you about it.

Hopefully I don't have to have another roof installed anytime soon, but if I do I'd call JConn again in an instant and I always recommend them to my friends and colleagues.

Contacted due to missing a couple tiles on roof and asked for a estimate, I was abruptly told that they don't do estimates over the phone they give free estimates and then hung up on. I called back and asked why she hung up on me which she said she did not. this was 30 seconds later. I then explained i just called and maybe i wanted the free estimate. She then said There is a week wait do i want to wait. Here is my suggestion fire your secretary (or mom) and get a professional. Her phone skills are losing you Buisness
