J C Hood Iorn has repaired my fence on two occasions. Both tines Silvester did the physical work of the repair. He is a very through worker. He completed the job very quickly and very cleanly. The finished product looks great. I would highly recommend JC Hood Iorn to do any fencing.

These guys are amazing! Even when we changed things up a bit, right in the middle of putting the fence in (moved the gate from one side to another), no one batted an eye. Beautiful fence, complete job done in 2 days! Now we are moving onto having Billy design something else for us!

Great shop!
I went into the shop with an idea (for a 7-flag flag stand), roughly sketched out out on a yellow notepad, and in about 2 weeks I picked it up. It exceeded my expectations!! They went above and beyond. And the price... well, it was well below what I had budgeted. Thank you, J.C. Hood Iron!!

My new walkway gate is really nice - very secure. The installers were very good and returned very quickly with the missing parts to finish the installation. I would definitely use them again.

The professional team that came to my house had to take an existing iron fence out of a newly landscaped flower bed and newly poured pool deck. Not the best scenario but rain delays ruined the timing. They took out the old, installed the new, put all the landscaping rocks, light wires etc. back like it had never been touched. The whole process lasted 2 days like they said. They did a beautiful job.

Just moved to Texas about a year ago and called for an estimate but never received a call back. Went to the trouble of driving to the business to get a response, spoke with receptionist who made a sketch and took my info, still no response. Even spoke to owner who promised to get me the estimate from my sketch and measurements but still no response back. Nearly a year later, and of course after deciding on another company, they called me to ask if I still wanted the estimate! Are you kidding! If it's that hard to get a call back from you when I'm trying so hard to give you my business, I can imagine how hard it would be to get a call back after I had given you my money and perhaps had a problem to be solved!!

These guys are great. I used them a few years ago to do wood fencing at my home. Outstanding job at a very fair price. They did the job ahead of schedule and did exactly what we needed. Billy is a very kind person and has a lot of experience in his profession. I am currently in the process of having them do another job for me and would recommend them to anyone. Great job!

BUYER BEWARE!!! The owner is very rude, arrogant and disrespectful to women! During the bid phase on this project I received everything I requested. However, the moment I signed a contract and paid my deposit of MULTIPLE THOUSANDS OF $$$ the owner was never available. I called multiple times and was given one excuse after the next why he couldn't speak with me. I even drove to the shop and Mr. Raines was still too busy to talk with me. It was only after I told the receptionist to cancel my order did I receive a call back. This call confirmed my decision to cancel the project. Instead of giving me (a paying customer) the customer service I was looking for, i.e. typical updates, status and other installation concerns, Mr. Raines was agitated and negative from the onset of the call. He told me I was WAISTING his time! I highly recommend taking this post to heart and reconsider doing business with this company. I fought through my credit card company for reimbursement of my down payment but only received a partial amount back as I signed a contract that stated for cancellations there was a 20% restocking fee. These gates are not cheap. Please don't get screwed like I did.
